If I could give Mr.Tire a zero it would be too good for them. I gave them my van because the steering would steer to the side. I got my van back undriviable. The van no longer could go passed the speed limit of 25 mph. Pressing on the gas to make the car accelerate would make the car stall and make this horrible buzzing sound. On Wednesday, December 11th I took my groupon purchase ($99) to Mr Tire on 6332 Baltimore National Pike. The Groupon cover a 4 wheel alignment and tire balancing. The mechanics had my van on the lift and told me they couldn't proceed with alignment because it needed the front end repair. So , I said ok, just give me a oil change ($95.16). They ordered the tire rods and two lower control arms. I agreed to come back on Saturday December 14th. I was told Steven would do the work. I drop my van off to them early Saturday morning. By the evening I made several calls with no answer. I than received a call the van was ready. We go to Mr.Tire to get the van. Once I get there I am told the van need the suspension repair. I ask them can I leave the van until Monday while I think about it. Monday I get a call from Antoine stating the car is ready it just had some loose nuts and bolts that needed tightening. I go pay for the work $1083.78 and take My keys. I pull off the parking lot onto route 40 and the van won't accelerate past 25 mph. While pressing on the gas it stalls and makes this horrible buzzing noise. I take the van back. I tell Antoine what's wrong with the car, he tells me it maybe clog or something. I see Mohammed and asks him when he did the test driving could he accelerate the car. He said the only problem was the steering wheel was shaking. So than Antoine say to me "on older cars when you fix one thing something else always goes wrong". Unbelievable. Route 40 speed limit is either 40/45 mph. It's no way they didn't notice what they to my van. They did shabby work and just brushed it off like it was nothing. I paid over $1200 for a undriveable van. Ridiculous! They have no accountability for nothing. They need to fix it and get some better mechanics.

Bad experience. Bought 4 tires and a full synthetic oil change. Cost about $908.00. Scheduled an appointment online thinking that would be a simple drop off my keys and go. .wrong. Waited about 20 minutes in the lobby to drop off my key and give basic information. Took about 2 hours for my vehicle service. Received it back with oily, dirty fingerprints on the hood, rims and door handle. Also didn't put the oil change sticker on the inside windshield. When I got home noticed my center cap on one rim was missing. Called them and talked to a receptionist. Haven't heard back from them yet about it. I don't recommend, very unprofessional!

Do not use this Mr tire 6332 Baltimore National pike I ordered tires on line I had them shipped to the store my tires were not balanced all 4 air pressures were WAY OFF after they installed them my car had grease stains on my door and visor they were paid in full by the company who shipped the tires to be installed and balanced but to get my car I had to pay another installation fee of $96 to get my vehicle which was already paid through the company that shipped them and because we were going out of town that Friday the same day me and my wife drove 5hrs with unbalanced tires car was shaking like it had a nervous condition we had to get them balanced in va that Saturday morning cost was $42 and I’m still waiting to get both my refunds me and my wife are not happy!!! I did not want to post this but when you take my money for something I already paid for and it take over a week to refund me $96 + $42 I don’t care if it’s $20 it’s the principle you should give it back just as fast as I paid you. I have no sympathy for companies who play games I just wanted to forward you as customers. 11/18/24

I took in my car for a tire patch, when returned my front bumper was wrecked and the wheel they worked on was scratched. They did disclose the bumper damage but not the wheel. The shop hung up when I called back the next day. Corporate is very slow to deal with this, their customer support hotline constantly re-routes you to unavailable numbers, It is impossible to speak with someone who can help. Don’t go to this shop and leave your car with them.

I frequent this Mr Tire location because of the consistent excellent customer service...I had a Tesla tire issue yesterday and even though it couldn't be resolved immediately at this location the manager Lorenzo called around to several Mr. Tire locations in an effort to get it resolved promptly. I really appreciated his professionalism and eagerness to help. There is also another employee there named Ahdia, who has provided excellent customer previously as well. Just wanted to let everyone know that there is a great team at this location!!

It’s the worst store ever I’ve visited in my life. I had an appointment at 10.30 am just for oil change which takes 30 mins and they returned my car at 5 pm. The worst service ever. I thought of taking my car and go to other one. They just started and left in middle without any oil or filter. Don’t ever visit this store and even its worst management ever never cares what you ask for. Please don’t ever choose this one. And please don’t ever believe in 5 star reviews, they’ll do it by themselves or with someone who knows them. But not from customers loll.

Just wonderful! I made an appointment through the call center (which sucks BTW ) and they failed to communicate with the location. However, Ahdia hooked me up anyway to fix my flat tire at the last minute. She saved the day, and I made it out to western Maryland for my trip!! Thank you!!!

On my way to meet family for my birthday dinner. Had a nail in my tire it was 4pm the hours on the website show they are open until 6pm. It’s 4:10pm and they are closed and it appears they have been closed for while.

Great customer service! Both the manager Alan and the technician Dave were amazing! Alan was super at working with me to get my tires replaced and aligned and my oil changed. Dave was great to speak to about some issues my car was having. He gave great advice about how Mr. Tire could help with repairs. This was a great experience and I really appreciate both of their help! Will definitely be going back for my future car needs.

Mr Tire Catonsville saved the day! After getting a flat tire in the Fort McHenry tunnel they were the only tire shop that had the tire my all wheel drive Audi requires! Stranded several hundred miles from home (while working) they gave me peace of mind knowing I could finish my work week and get home! They put a new tire on and had me on my way in less than an hour!

Mr tire is the worst business I have ever dealt with I think. I have no idea why I kept coming back. Today was the final straw when I made an appointment, drove 35 minutes in horrific traffic, only to be told that they're about to leave for the day. At 4:30. Every other time I have been to any mr tire, they try to scam you like crazy, they will charge you over double the normal price for tires, they will tack on all these extra fees and warranties you don't want, then you'll have to fight them to fix it. Wanted my brake pads changed once on my low mileage vehicle, they tried to charge me like 900$, said i needed new rotors blah blah a million extra things which was a lie, took it somewhere else and had it done for under 200. This was at multiple different locations too they are all terrible. Go to a mom and pop tire shop, or any other one for that matter mr. Tire is the absolute worst hands down

All the staff members were nice and helpful. I had no issues what so ever and it’s close enough that I can walk to get food. I’ll be coming here again soon to bring my other car to get serviced. Quick, simple and friendly atmosphere.

Mr Tire RT 40 is the place to go. I went to three other chain tire stores and was told nothing was wrong with my leaking tire. I took it to the rt 40 location and they immediately found a nail and fixed it. Allen, Jamaal and dionte are all tops. Go there they will take care of you!

I had a oil change appointment. Another week where only 1 tech showed up and I was asked to leave my vehicle or come back in 3 hours. This was ridiculously because the same thing happened the week prior. I wasn't giving a courtesy call or compensated for my inconvenience. I have been trying to stay loyal but seems I may need to change to a more reliable company.

Update 2024 They staff has turned over so much and they're not as good as they used to be here. I took my car here and they definitely did work on it without asking me. I took it in and they called me after business hours and I missed the call so I couldn't call back. They called me when they opened in the morning, and I also missed that call. I called them back at 10am and they related the info about what needed to be fixed. I decided to do the easy stuff myself and just have them fix some break issues and told them that. The guy on the phone was pushy about it but I said no I don't need those other things done. He called me back a few minutes later saying they could give me a discount if I did those specific services with them, so I finally just agreed. My car was done 30 minutes later.... Definitely not enough time for them to do the several services that they said needed to be done, so I'm sure they completed them without asking. I will not be returning. *UPDATE 6/9/22* I got my tires changed here for a pretty good price! They even changed my windshield wipers for writing my previous review! - Thanks for the great service!

The service was terrible. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment they said all the technicians left and they told me to come back the next day. When I came back the next day to get my tires installed they scratched my rims and wrote on my rims with a red marker. Poor service and I will never return!!!!
