Had a set of dead and dying tire pressure sensors replaced, a puncture patched and tires rotated today (1/29/25). Mr. P's came through with the lowest quote. I had no appointment, there was no wait and a team of 4 technicians had me in and out in about 35 minutes! This is the place for no frills, old fashioned quality tire service. I will return for all my future tire needs.

Mr. P’s always provides exceptional service! I’ve gone here for multiple flat tires and most recently had to purchase 4 new tires. Pricing is fair and service is super quick! I always forget that they don’t take appointments but the wait is still minimal. I appreciate that you can pop in during open hours and get same day service!

Mr. P’s is my go to for any tire related issue from now on. Came in yesterday after a slow leak left my tire completely flat during the cold weather. They inspected it and said I had a cracked rim. They referred me to Sanchez Rim Repair, where they fixed me up for $65 and I was back on the road. I greatly appreciate the straight forward service and not trying to make an extra buck off me for a minor fix. You’ve earned my business for years to come, thank you.

I live over in Chicago now and I still travel over to Milwaukee to go through Mr. P's. Fast, affordable and kind folks over here. Needed a new set of tires in the midst of a snow storm, I tried to get in for same day service at 3 other shops and all of them threw a fit at the request. Mr.P's got me right within an hour, even with my car having a rare tire size. Car rides great in the snow now, feeling much safer. Recommend a million times over.

I came to Mr P because my wheel was leaking air daily, he took it off and showed me where it was cracked and referred me to a rim repair shop same day service, he did not even charge me for the work to check it. I have been dealing with Mr P for the last 12 years, Mr P always has the most competitive prices for any tire brand you like. Quick and reliable with a 10 year warranty

The people at Mr. P’s are professional, friendly, incredibly efficient and helpful. I have been there twice and both times the work was done quickly, much to my surprise. This last time that I went there, they were very helpful and very understanding. Highly recommend this establishment!

I recently called with questions about purchasing wheels and the person who answered the call his name Was Paul was being very rude and disrespectful saying I’m holding up the calls because I’m asking questions and not going to purchase same day he needs his job and customers service position removed and needs to find a job with people with low IQ he barely spoke clearly sounded like I was on the phone with a kid

I went there to get my tires put on and balanced and I admit they were pretty quick only waited 20-30minutes everything else was fine except one of my rims ended up getting chipped Yes I did talk to the manager in person and showed him the damage on the rim and he said we did not do that quite rudely. And I was telling him that I looked at all the rims before coming in to make sure if anything would happen I will know.Then he said I have been doing this for over 20 years and I know different between curb rash and something going wrong. When he was saying this stuff he was pretty rude throughout the whole conversation.

Solid guys every time. It's a no bullshit place. 4 stars over the cost of a service that doesn't sit right with me, but I paid it because, realistically, they have the right to charge for the convince they provide. First come, first serve.

This place is unprofessional they are rude lack of customer surves. One day a customer or them gonna get hurt they need to shut down as you can see owner only responds to positive post n they all look like they on crack

I got a screw in my tire and walmart told me that if they repaired it, it wouldn't hold up. They recommended I buy a new tire. I had heard good things about Mr. P's and decided to go there for a second opinion. They said they could fix it no problem and took care of me within 30 min. Raymond and his team gave excellent, straightforward service at a reasonable price. Thank you Mr. P's. No more Walmart for me.

I came back to write another review!! It was that time again for new tires so I went to the only place I trust!! Mr.Ps! Each time I called he was so kind and patient, (when I didn’t know the details of my tires) 🫣 I pulled up and they got me right in! Told me it would be about 45 minutes! They were so fast and efficient!! It’s the real deal here! I feel comfy going in as a female that I will not be ripped off! They are very honest about pricing and what you need! Mr. Ps in Bayview will ALWAYS be my go to tire place!! Thank you for the outstanding service!! I highly recommend any tire needs to come here!! I called Friday night right before they closed after getting an oil change somewhere and them telling me I need new tires ASAP, but wanted $1000 to do so. The kind gentleman I spoke with Friday night said he could get me in right away Saturday morning and for almost half the price! I was shocked, I even laughed and said omg really?! He said yes m’am, that’s how we do things here! I dropped my car off Saturday morning and he said about 2 hours and he was right on time!!! Super quick!! I’ll always come here for any tire needs moving forward!!! Thanks again!!!

I’ve used Mr P’s for all my family’s tires. Knowledgeable, decent prices. One of their installers at the Bay View location,lost my center cap on my Nissan truck. I know the cap was there. **Update I took pics of the bad tires before Ray and the staff at the Bay View worked on my truck. I was mistaken, cap wasn’t there. Steve thanks for reaching out. Dave

The only thing positive I can say is they were attentive, as in came out to the car fast. However, the staff looks like they are under the influence and could barely communicate because of whatever they had going on. The guy who seemed like he was in charge was rude and had a smart mouth when I was speaking to my son and decided he was going to interject his opinion. I wouldn’t go here again, someone else can do it without the aggravation.

Wow. Only in the reviews as I wanted to make sure they are still open on Saturdays til 2 cuz I tried calling and no answer. Which I totally understand as I have been here numerous times and the manager/owner is usually not just standing at the desk twiddling his thumbs. I am amazed/appalled at the bad reviews i read. I absolutely love this location of Mr Ps. I found it OK accident a few years back and prefer it 10000x over the hwy 100 and Layton location. My dad introduced me to Mr Ps at that one and whenever he took his car in it always included a visit to the Forum as it took awhile. I have never waited more than 10-5 min at Kk location. I just pull up, let them know the issue and they tell me whether it can be fixed or a neeed to get a new tire. My dad used to just throw them in the pool and then patch or fix them as he had a tire mount, but through the years it became easier to just stop at a Mr Ps. Dad is gone now so I don't have much choice. But I have always had great customer service and let's face it the price is what got me there to begin with and definitely help me keep coming back. Anyway, omw now to hopefully get this tire replaced as I drive for work and don't want to risk a low tire being a full blown flat.

At this point I have brought my vehicles here 6 to 7 times. I have never recieved anything but excellent and quick service for a fair price. If you want reliable tire services done by friendly respectable auto workers then this is the shop. Very welcoming and pleasent to work with and as an out transwoman it's one of the one auto shops I've been to where there is absolutely nothing off putting, just good work by good people with a good price. Get your tire work done at Mr. Ps

Called everywhere around for a new tire for my 2010 Ford fusion hybrid. 225 50r 17. Called over 10 places. All 150 plus if they even had the tire. I was 113 out the door here for a new tire put on rim and installed. Even put my spare away properly. Even was super friendly with my 3 year old daughter. Great place all around. PIC shows the nasty blow out they replaced.

Worst customer service ever! The guy said why are you in my building we’re closed. There are other ways to turn down a customer and that wasn’t it. Looks like he was too busy cleaning his boat.

Myself and my family have been coming to Mr Ps for many years. Had tires replaced and one patched in May. Long wait as usual, but I'm used to it. When I left I had to remove the jack from my car myself. Whatever, they were busy. When I started the car the tire sensor light was going off. I was told it would reset after some number of miles. Two months and 1,000 miles later the sensor light is still flashing. Came in and I'm supposed to wait over an hour for them to fix what they messed up in the first place. The sensor that worked fine when I brought it in. Absolutely not. Guess I'll spend my money elsewhere in the future. Cheap tires but awful service and they'll make you wait over an hour to fix something they messed up.
