El muchacho joven q me atendió,,me falto al respeto alegando q yo debería aprender a manejar porque no sabía,,y lo más molesto es q pueee ser mi hijo por la edad q tiene,,y el manager no hizo nada al respecto,,es bien desagradable q personas así trabajen en estos sitios cuando no tienen educación para tratar con clientes,,y luego está el q la garantía q dan a las gomas nuevas es mentiras porque no cubre nada absolutamente,,osea compren la goma y guárdenla para q no se dañe ..la explicación del daño puede ser entendida cuando se trata con educación,,y usted manager sabe de q hablo porque usted mismo presenció la falta de respeto de su trabajador a lo cual usted no intervino ni hizo nada al respecto,,deje de engañar a las personas hablando de dos historias q usted está consciente de la gravedad de las palabras de su trabajador,q fue extremadamente grosero y mal educado..

I have been going to Mr. Goma Tires for many years, trusting them with my vehicle. But after my recent experience, I will never return and warn others to stay away. I went to Mr. Goma Tires on February 1, 2025, to have my tires installed. Everything seemed fine at first, but the next time I drove my car, my wheel started locking up, making it completely unsafe to drive. I immediately called Mr. Goma Tires to let them know something was wrong after their service. Instead of showing any concern or professionalism, they completely denied responsibility and refused to even check my car. I had to tow my vehicle to my regular mechanic, who confirmed that Mr. Goma Tires damaged my CV joint during the installation. This was not a coincidence—it was their fault, and yet they still refused to take any accountability or offer a solution. What shocks me the most is that after years of being a loyal customer, they didn’t care at all. No apology, no attempt to make things right—just complete dismissal. - If you value your car, your safety, and your money, DO NOT trust this business. - They do NOT stand by their work and will leave you with costly repairs instead of fixing their mistakes. - Terrible customer service—rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and looking into legal options. Avoid this place at all costs!

Very welcoming and cost effective. Daniel attended for me. I was struggling to find a place to get my tires changed including buying new tires. I felt like the other stores were overcharging me for example I almost had to pay $700 but over here I only payed $190. For all the girlies out there, this place won’t scam you!!

Worst service ever. I had them do brakes on my Alfa Romeo and when I got back in my car o li thought I entered Into a space ship with all the lights they neglected to turn off. When I asked them to do they said it can still drive. Also my car barely stopping. Thanks for nothing.
