Thieves. They dont tell you the cost of repair until the work is complete. Then turn around and charge $1000 for a 15 minute job!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Charged $1500 for 10 minutes of work, and then the mechanic threatened to cut our air lines if our boss didn't pay the bill. Biggest rip offs ever!!!

BEWARE FUTURE CUSTOMERS......if there was the option to give it 0 stars I would gladly do it, the people who work here are scammers, they charged my husband to move the truck not even 100 meters 400 dollars, and the mechanic they sent only He put the computer on to see what was happening with the truck and reported that he had fixed the truck when it was my husband who did it. They asked my husband for a 1000 dollar deposit and to move the truck and install the computer, they charged him $900. It's a horrible place because you don't play with other people's $

Los llame para el cambio de una bomba de presión de aceite y cambiar metales ya que me cayo la presión de aceite en el tablero!!!yo estaba en la salida 13 en el Flying J la señora me dijo sus precios que dicho sea de paso eran totalmente ridículos pero yo quería resolver y yo estuve de acuerdo, ok llega el señor un americano y me dice que tengo que arrancar el camion para movernos fuera de el truck stop ((que la bomba de aceite no tiene presión))) y le digo que no voy arrancar el camion que se puede amarrar el motor, me dice que no hay problema que el me remolca afuera, ok salimos de el truck stop. OJO ELLA me estaba pidiendo 1000 de deposito sin llegar el mecanico y le dije que no!!! Cuando llego el mecanico llegara le envio los 1000 de deposito!! El mecanico empieza a revisar y me dice vamos a arrancar el camion para ver la presión en el reloj, lo arrancamos y me dice este motor no suena a que la bomba esta mala creo que es el sensor de presión y le digo que lo cambie hace un mes y el me dice tengo que ponerte la computadora y te tengo que cobrar 100 pero esto no tiene que ver con el taller yo digo!! Okk el me dice que puede salir malo el sensor , conclusión era el conector yooo lo moví mientras el miraba el reloj y subió la presión perfecta!!! Me dice el señor cambia el conector tu mismo para que no te cobren mas dinero ( ya que lo tenia comprado por que no me gustaba el viejo) el señor se fue rápido y yo cambie el conector y todo perfecto con el camion!! -100 ponerle la maquina a el mecanico -250 road service -80 40millas x 2 (no se de donde salió eso)) -150 diagnostico -150 1 hora labor(( no se tomo ni 25 min) -250 towing ( no me dijo nada) -8.25 % taxes TOTAL- 1062.51 Cuando la señora se entero que era el sensor dijo que tenia que pagar 300 dolares mas por que eso es electricidad(( el no lo arreglo!!!! fui yo!!! Moraleja!!!! SI NO QUIEREN BOTAR EL DINERO No se asomen por aquí por que son unos criminales con sus precios absurdos!! Busquen otras opciones!!!!

I recommend this road service company in Laredo Texas they fix my sprinter van and left it top notch and I’m so happy with the service and I’m back and running. I will call them again.

Be VERY careful with companies that hide their pricing! This is one of them. Our AC wasn't working so we decided to call. The guy came to our hotel to see what the problem was. He showed up at 5:20 PM. We were hungry, so we went back into the hotel to eat. He had our mobile number. After going downstairs, he was already draining our compressor. Then he said he had to fill it back up in order to find out if the compressor was bad. It wasn't. No leaks either. He ended up bypassing a relay to get the AC working. He had to run a single wire. Other than the wire, there were no other parts needed. The mechanic even told us that we should get it properly fixed when we get home. We will. With an honest mechanic from our hometown. At 6:50 PM he was done. 90 total minutes. The bill was $875. He told us not to worry about the $75. He told us we had to pay in cash. They refused to give us a written break down of the charges after he was done. Only verbal. The fee included a $250 dispatch fee that he couldn't (Or wouldn't) explain. We called his dispatcher, and she basically quoted the same exact wording. We paid. We paid cash. This was an extremely expensive lesson. They can try to say they gave us an estimate before they started. It's just not true. They saw us coming from a mile away. We should have never have them come to our hotel.

These guys saved me. I had a blow out. Out of time and my load was heavy. Had a lot of things to fix. They got to me within 20 minutes on a 911. Danny, the mechanic was awesome. I can’t thank you guys enough!

I really really appreciate the mechanic work y’all done on my 2011 frightliner truck, truck started slowing down and wouldn’t start back up right before thanksgiving due to some electrical problems, The mechanic fixed it up and no time and got us back on the road in time for thanksgiving. They called and texted my phone after to make sure everything was okay. Thank you very much,

Stay away this Roadservice assistance!. It is the most expensive roadservice I have ever paid. $1300 to change a valve and a chamber. Also he made me buy a new chamber just to break it up into pieces to use some of them. It is unbelievable!

It was misleading he was working per hour and taking his time did not find the problem or fix the issue however had us pay him $450 for work that he did not complete the worst company I have ever receive service from would not recommend this business to anyone. He is a fraud and guarantees work however takes his time and does not complete the task at hand just wants his hourly rate does not know what he’s doing. He will be reported to the Better Business Bureau as well as law-enforcement for fraud. Stay away from this business!

Mr. daniel and mrs. Patricia were very helpful especially on a holiday weekend. We were in Laredo, Tx heading to houston and our diesel truck stop working. It didn’t turn on and we couldn’t find what was wrong with it. We had a mechanic that had already helped and had us wait one day after to work on it more and he didn’t answer us back and no show. My husban found patricia from google search and once they were able to make it, they were there right away. Mr. Daniel did whatever he could to find the problem, rain or no rain he was there and worked on our truck. If anything in the future if we need a mechanic again we would off in an instant call them for their service. They were both very helpful and patience with both us and our truck and worked very very good. Thank you again to both!
