If I could rate this a zero I would. Employees behave as if they don’t care for customers and only wants your money. I would HIGHLY recommend Bob’s Automotive which isn’t far at all.

If I could rate this place a negative 5 I would completely unprofessional. The MOST inconsiderate shop in ALL of Cleveland . Kept lying waiting my time and had my car for over 2 weeks . With no progress being made.

Lied for two weeks blamed it on the warranty company. I had to call them with the warranty company on 3way . For them to be honest about why they haven’t started on my car.

This place has went down hill over the years . Customer service and business isn’t nearly as good as it was . I’m not sure if it’s a change in management but this have recently been on the decline.

I had an emergency this morning and Charlie took very good care of me! Fast efficient and very affordable. I would advise you to go first thing in the morning to avoid the line. And it's first come first serve.

Had an issue that I took to a few mechanics for my Toyota highlander to no avail. Came here and was greeted with a smile and an “I got you”.. they fix my problem. My vehicle has not ran this good for years. They made something complicated so refreshing. I finally found my new DAM mechanic👌🙏

Very busy place. People who work there are very friendly and will do whatever they can to accommodate you. My husband needed a stainless steel pipe expanded and was turned down at numerous places. Mr C & Me said they'd give it a shot and it worked. They were willing to try and that's all we could ask.

Had a resonator removed and straight pipe put in place of it... Mechanic attached it under the cross support barr instead of above. Now it's so tight the exhaust is vibrating a car so badly... IT'S HELL DRIVING... GMC TERRAIN...SMH
