I have always gotten great, honest, and timely service from Mt Tech Subaru! Great group of people to work with, and they really know Subaru’s! Have recommended Mt Tech to all my Subaru friends and relatives for service. Great job! Cub Mountain Tech was once again able to fit my Outback into their service schedule to repair my mistake, overtightened and stripped oil drain plug! Have now purchased torque wrench to prevent this from happening again! Thanks again Mt Tech!👍

My car named Mary of Magdalen (Subaru Outback) should have died ten times over already, but Mountain Tech keeps reviving her and not just living, but thriving again! And I couldn't be more pleased! They know what they are doing, they get what needs to be done with no extra add or charging you up for profits sake! I wouldn't trust my Subaru with anyone else, but Mountain Tech! Don't trust Subaru of whatever city your in, trust Mountain Tech of Oregon City, you won't be disappointed!! John the manager and David at the front desk definitely show care for their customers, I almost feel like they are friends... That I have to pay... due to the nature of their job, but that's besides the point, they are great people to work with, and it's obvious they aren't out for your money, they want to see your Subaru cruising once again and just bring it in for routine maintenance! They are a great company!!

Thank you Mt. Tech for the great service you always provide. On Tuesday of this week, I want in for a scheduled oil change. To my surprise, John mentioned my window switch (I called the office for help a while ago and forgot all about it). They tried to get it fixed, ordered the part and I didn't even have to ask. Also, they check my tires, filled one that was low on air and suggested that I get if fixed. Wednesday, they called me and said the part was in and scheduled an appt. Today, I am happy to say, @12:30 I am back home and my switch installed and my window switch is like new. Also, they checked my left rear tire. It was low and mentioned I needed to get that looked at. That appointment is in about 4 hours. Thank you Mt. Tech for taking such good care of me and my car.

These guys just went.. above and beyond to help me. They are honest and kind, and did more than I asked for in the end; Subarus I am coming to find are so specialized and this family operated place genuinely cares about people. They are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. As an unexpected single mom and solo parent for the last 8 years who needs her car to safely drive my girl and the chickadees I nanny, I am endlessly grateful to have been referred to them, and I am officially going to no one else but them to fix my Subaru from here on out. Was having misfire codes in my outback and took it in, got my timing belt replaced and my valves adjusted as they suggested…for 2300$! 2 days later my check engine light was back on. After taking it to O’reillys was just a faulty crank shaft sensor.

Hands down one of the best experiences at a mechanic. John is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to his clients, whether by phone or text, him and his team make sure to answer promptly and professionally. Their system for documenting your vehicles mechanical issues is top tier and incredibly easy to navigate and understand. If you have a Subaru, there’s not a better shop in the area, maybe even the whole state that you could take it to. 6/5 stars.

Great customer service, great excellent technician work. Our car happen to break down near this shop. They were able to get it in and out quickly and easily returning it to us in perfect order and much cleaner than we left it. Great shop, would go back to them again.

This is the best Subaru shop I’ve ever been to.had a clicking clunking noise went to Les Schwab went to Lithia Subaru the dealer they cannot figure anything out. They said my car was fine. Mountain tech found this right away and got my car fixed in a timely manner, so happy with their customer service
