I had pleasure to work 2 Motoro locations. I Strongly recommend! I brought my car from the other garage! previous mechanics couldn’t fix it properly….but those guys found all issues and fixed it good time frame. Prices are good! and they always work with you to make your final price affordable. Definitely will come back!

The front clerk was very rude. I called in 1 hour before my coming to ask if there were any openings for an oil change. The manager, booked me an appointment for the allotted time and told me to come. When I drive 1 hr to get here, the clerk can only tell me he cannot do the job. He never looked to verify my appointment or understand my frustrations. Instead of apologizing, he raises his voice and does not even attempt to rectify the issue. A few minutes later a different manager calls and lets me know I arrived to the wrong location. I am grateful I was at the wrong location, the clerk was very unhelpful and not able to communicate effectively.

What a great service! Forgive me but I think his name was Chris. Great customer service and he speaks Portuguese. From calling then to reserve an appointment to the whole experience there. I went with my little one and he even got an ice cream. Oil change was fast and other diagnostics were at a very reasonable price and honest assessment. I had purchased a voucher on Groupon for oil change and it was honored to its fullest. Keep up the good work guys, rare to find good customer service in this field. For sure will return!

I had a great experience here! Such friendly and professional staff, and quick and efficient service. The office was also very clean and comfortable. They offer tea, coffee, ice cream, etc while you wait. I came for a tire install, but will definitely be back for maintenance and other services needed. Highly recommend! They have a few locations in miami.

I received top care and customer service. I went in during my lunch hour because my car was making noises. They checked the car and took care of the problem immediately. I was able to return to work, all under an hour. Great care & customer. Highly recommend.

Solid team. Surpassed all my expectations considering my apprehension towards independent car garages. Again solid company, fair pricing, quick turn around. Full and detailed explanation post diagnostic more so over that I could comprehend, then again they broke it down to simple English for my peanut brain. Would I recommend it? Hell yeah. Take your car over to a dealership for maintenance/repairs? Hell NO! I’m writing this weeks after my fix, so you can bet your bottom dollar it’s a solid job. On top of that screw planet Chrysler dodge jeep, and brickell motor. MOTORO CARS poops on them without a second thought or hesitation! And no there’s no affiliation towards this post because I’ve been pinched and screwed by half of Miami dade dealerships on my shit car. But all I can say is I’m well taken cared for, like a mother and her newborn son.

These guys are true professionals with an outstanding level of customer service. Transparent and very reasonable prices - I ordered a set of tires online from Tire Rack and had them shipped to Motoro. I called before placing the order and spoke to David, who kindly explained the process and what to expect. Once the tires were delivered to the shop, I came in shortly before closing to drop the car off. I was met by Kenny, who reassured me that the car would be ready by the next day. The next day I came in and was quickly attended to by David. As promised, my car was delivered in perfect condition with the tires installed. The process was seamless, quick, and very easy. I'll be coming back to these guys whenever I need any work done to my car.

I went to Motororo Cars for an oil change, and they checked my fluids, brakes, and tires as well. The service was quick, detailed, and professional. The staff was very attentive and took great care. I highly recommend them!

Incredible job and timeline. Came in after finding out I had 2 flats and they plugged them in 15 minutes. We leave for a trip tomorrow so they took care of us in a way no one else would.

Kenny is the mechanic to ask for. He is honest, efficient at service, and goes the extra mile for customers. The owner is super nice and accommodating. I would definitely take my vehicle to this shop for service again.

Mr.David & Mr. Caesar #1 Motoro cars NUMERO UNO Fixed my Audi A3 Oil Leak BEST PRICE & BEST WORK Dealer tried to get me for AN ARM AND A LEG PRICE and I knew from the Beginning the DIFFERENCE. SHOWED my problem INSTANTLY THEY KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE WAS and was TAKEN CARED OF made me learn that Good people & LEGIT MECHANICS IN MIAMI EXIST, ON GOD. Thank you SO MUCHH, u know how it is with a Foreign (Car) you will have to FIX SOMETHING & in MIAMI its not easy to find but I am so glad i Found HONEST AND EXCELLENCE. I DIDNT KNOW you could have BOTH. BEYOND 5 STARS IF I COULD.

One of the best auto shops in Miami, if not the best. Very courteous and friendly staff, good pricing (not trying to rip ppl off), very detailed in their diagnostics. The service consultant, Cesar, is amazing; very helpful, friendly, and understanding. Ask for him. This is my go to shop whenever I need a service done to my car.

Very kind staff and genuine people. I’d be a little wary however taking certain cars to them. Was told my Volvo engine was done for, however it really just needed its coils and plugs replaced. I took it to a Volvo specialist and it’s running like new again. While I don’t think it’s their intention to misinform me, it did cost me a bit of money to tow and re-diagnose the car at the other shop.

If you’re looking for a garage look no further this place is legit they are professional, patient and have great customer service. I wasn’t exactly sure what was wrong with my vehicle, but after describing the issue. They found the cause and even showed me before repairing it to get my approval. They are also bilingual which is super helpful and the establishment itself is clean and their mechanics are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be back when needed but I also will be recommending this shop.

Recently brought my Porsche Boxster for what I thought was a dead battery. Turned out to be the alternator. Yearly afternoon the next day, car was completely operating, and paying the exact estimate quoted me. Also included was a complete diagnostic check. They work on makes and models foreign & domestic brands. Brakes, tires, and tune ups as well. Very satisfied with professional service and advice. Highly recommended 👍
