I delivered here when I worked for Suburban Ford. The people are fantastic. I had my 2005 Ford F150 serviced here. They did great work and pricing was very fair. Had no issues after they worked on it. I recommend these dudes to people in the area.

Took wife's jeep in for a oil cooler repair through a warranty service...they got it done in a day but it wasnt done...they damaged the air intake...and didn't even flush the cooling system...there is straight oil in the radiator and overflow tank...I don't know if the part is even new.... absolutely scam artist and trust we will be reporting them to bbb and whatever recourse we can...shame on them for doing that....I mean it's not even shade tree mechanic work

6/2/23 update... These guys are still as good as when I first linked up years ago. Jim is about a good a person as I've ever met. My sway bar broke and these guys got me back on the road with a plan. Getting the repair done when the dealer ships out the part. Couldn't be more grateful for the team at Motec. I know the team kicks butt everyday performing small miracles for guys like me. Thank you all! Update 3/28/22 these guys are always friendly and happy to help. Any time I've called with a question or wanted to steal a moment of time, I'm always treated respectfully. Great company.

I am, or was, a potential long term customer and I called and spoke to Jim to get some estimates on things I need to get fixed on my car very soon, especially with them being so close nearby, I really was hoping to get my work done there. Jim was extremely rude and hung up on me when I had to ask (a 2nd time because he went too fast) what the labor was. I am a senior and did not deserve to be treated so badly just because I was trying to find out the costs involved with a family member to be paying for the repairs. Others’ reviews say what a great guy he is, but he was not great, nor fair, to me, but this is not the first time I have called there. I have called numerous times over the years (I have been here 8+), and have always been treated rudely on the phone by them, usually him. I am usually willing to give them another chance, which I have, in the multiple calls I have made, but not sure I ever will again now. I CANNOT help what other calls they get from people shopping around, any more than I can help it if they are too busy to provide decent customer service on the phone to ALL callers who seek their services! Jim needs to get his s*** together, and he needs to learn what good customer service is! Maybe Motec has great prices, mechanics, etc., but whether people are shopping around or not, find Motec’s pricing as the lowest, if they’re treated rudely and unprofessionally on the phone, they aren’t likely to patronize your business! Get a clue from this, Jim!
