I would’ve gave this company a zero if I could have the old man was very rude ,nasty and sassy I went in today to get a quote on an tune up I asked the old man that was giving me the quote how much will it cost he asked me what type of tune up do I need and I told him a full tune up and starts yelling talking about he don’t understand what I need he stated what type of tune up and I told him again I need the price of a full tune up he start to yell again then just start writing stuff down on a piece of paper which he says this is all you need for a full tune up spark plugs coils gas line flush brake fluid flush air filter transmission flush radiator flush and thermostat flush a total of 1600 he also stated that he is not and sideline mechanic that drinks beers and work on cars and that if I need to call my grandfather to get my car fix that’s what I should do and then said but if not I’ll take your money please do not go here

I've used Moseley's for years now. They've taken care of every vehicle I've owned. From oil changes to major repairs, Moseley's does it all. They're professional, honest, all around good people. We are fortunate to have this business in Memphis.

I was dropping off a DoorDash order here on December 10 and the man at the counter, Alan, did not immediately get to me. He assisted the person who rushed to get in front of me first-totally fine, though it took about 5-7minutes. However, once he got to me he decided to grab the keys from the person behind me so that customer wouldn’t have to wait. (That courtesy could’ve been applied to me, right?). The bad review is because after that incident, they were concerned with where I parked my vehicle. While I could’ve parked elsewhere this was my first time in the area so I parked closest to the doors. I decided to use the bathroom and when I came out Alan, who is still at the counter (he wasn’t there initially), decides to say ”we really need you to move your car”. I say, ”ok I’m leaving now.” Then, as I’m leaving out the door some random employee passive-aggressively restates what Alan said and tries to unnecessarily over explain why I shouldn’t park there. The entire time I’m walking to my car and I thought; A.why doesn’t this business have a place or instructions for door dashers? B. I could’ve been in, dropped the package (which was heavy btw) and been out in less than 5 minutes if Alan treated me the same way he treated the customer behind me. C. Why are they now blocking my vehicle for me to get out? I was sooo frustrated with their lack of hospitality and professionalism. I truly hope I. Never have to deliver in that area again and if so, I hope I don’t encounter these people again. There was a lady who worked there and she seemed sweet though and the bathroom was nice as well - that’s why it’s two stars instead of one.

The Moselys are some of the best people I have ever known, and they also happen to be a really great auto shop. They will always treat you fairly, always act with integrity, and never try to tip you off. I almost hate sharing this review, because this shop is like an old family secret that, if shared, might go viral. 10/10 would recommend!

They pick and choose who vehicles they want to work on… If you’re not one of them they’ll say THEY DONT HANDLE THOSE PROBLEMS..smh race is still a war

LIKE A ROCK!! Moseley’s automotive has been around for decades. I’ve taken our cars there for at least 10 years and I could not be happier. We always get great service with our cars. Mr. Moseley is very friendly and very frugal with the options that he provides for the services. The honesty and commitment to providing quality service and repairs is exactly why we continue to bring all our car cars to Mr. Moseley.

I’m a long time customer. Almost 14 years. That should speak for itself. Alan and Andrew are nothing but professional, friendly, HONEST, and helpful. I have never experienced any issues on the quality work done at this shop. I always refer people to this shop. Especially, if they want a qualified mechanic that does quality work. Will remain a LOYAL customer!!!!

I tried to get my truck to this shop to see what is wrong with it, per speaking with Alan he staying that his going to pass because they don't want to work behind a shop that couldn't fix the issue. He was non professional and not willing to help. This is my only transportation and a single parent with no vehicle. Please don't take your vehicle to this shop. Runnnnnmnn.

Honest shop that does quality work. Very friendly as well. They found the root of my problems and fixed them all rather than just masking it up and sending me on my way. Can’t recommend them enough

I hope they remember Darryl with the civic. I brought my car to them twice, they never took advantage of me like other mechanic. Very honest man runs that business. It’s either Mr Mosley himself or a nice person at the desk. Please never change up guys

I'm sure I've already left a review for this place, but I'm so happy with them I'll leave another. This is my go to mechanic. After years of being scammed and over charged by FireStone and similar shops, it's so refreshing to work with a small business that cares about their work and their customers. This family owned business goes above and beyond to help you in any way they can. Once we found Moseley’s we have used them for all oil changes, brakes, starter, etc… I would recommend them 100/100.

This place is wonderful when it comes to auto repairs. I didn't realize I had a few major issues with my car, and they were able to detect those issues within an hour or less. They were extremely helpful with explaining what was wrong and simplifying terms for me. My car was also ready for pick-up within 24 hours. The issues that were wrong were noticeably better.

I don't recommend this place at all considering the experience I had with them. Luckily I did not let them work on my car as I never made it past the front desk. I did not appreciate being yelled by that old man behind the counter. I'm advising anyone to avoid this business at all costs. Luckily for that old man that yelled at me like that, I happen to be a law abiding citizen and a mature adult, I also happen to be a veteran that served my country faithfully for 6 years. I could have escalated the situation into something really ugly, but I chose to be a mature adult and walk away from the situation. I think businesses that allow this sort of rude and obnoxious behavior should close down
