I went here for a quote for some minor damage to get fixed out of pocket that I did not end up pursuing. A few weeks later I get a notification from carfax that damage has been reported and the trade in value of my vehicle has gone down. This is the only shop that had my VIN to report it. Don't go here for exploratory quotes unless you are fine reporting to carfax.

Overall great experience with the Morrow Collision Center on N. 83rd Street. The quote process was simple, and the repair on our vehicle was done very well. The vehicle wasn't complete for several days beyond what was estimated, which wasn't ideal, but overall would definitely recommend this Morrow facility!

Morrow Collision Center is excellent! I am so glad I picked them to repair my van after a recent accident. The process was seamless from drop-off to pick-up. I received updates regularly and RJ was wonderful to work with. He was very informative and helpful as this was my first time dealing with this kind of situation. I will absolutely recommend them! We had to go Morrow due to a car accident,That was not our fault and working with an insurance company, that was not our own. We really appreciated how Morrow advocated for the best for our car and safety with the insurance company. The professionalism from when we dropped off our car at the receptionist desk and throughout the process was just stellar.

Work was done quickly especially over the Christmas holiday and they worked directly with my insurance company keeping my needed involvement minimal. The work completed was like new and they even cleaned out the interior of my vehicle when they were just performing external work!

Having my car repaired properly was a big concern for me. RJ did a top notch job of explaining the process, keeping me informed, customer service was all about the customer! Morrow made the process easy, no stress! I have no regrets in the choice of using Morrow collision. I received my car back in the time promised. I was surprised to see it was detailed also. If it were possible to give Morrow Collision Center N 83rd more than 5 stars, we would do so! Everybody with whom we came in contact was fantastic! Melissa at the front desk, Abner, the Estimator, and Cory, the Production Manager all went above and beyond to take us through the process of getting our Jeep repaired. Melissa made a great first impression on the phone, and was always friendly and helpful. Cory gave us an interesting tour of their amazing shop, and Abner explained the estimate thoroughly, and kept us informed during the repair. We do hope we don't need auto body repairs again. But, if we do, we will certainly go back to Morrow Collision Center.

Morrow is absolutely incredible! After driving all the way to New Jersey to purchase a new vehicle, I discovered some bumper damage once I got it home. The dealership advised me to take it to my nearest body shop for repairs, and choosing Morrow turned out to be the best decision I could have made. RJ handled the initial estimate and went above and beyond to advocate for me when the dealership tried to cut corners. The team at Morrow genuinely cares about quality and ensuring the job is done right. On top of that, they returned my car in spotless condition and before expected. The entire experience was seamless and exceeded all my expectations. Morrow truly went above and beyond!

They were fantastic! I had gotten a notification on my phone about an airtag detected and I was pretty concerned about it. I called them and they were willing to get my car in right away and look it over. They spent close to 40 minutes of their time making sure to look it over well and offered to look over my other car as well to ensure I didn't have someone tracking me. I called two places prior and one was going to charge me $100 and I had to make an appointment and the other was shorthanded and wouldn't be able to get to it. I definitely appreciated their help!

Though getting hit in the accident wasn't pleasant, I had a very pleasant experience with Morrow and glad I took my vehicle there. They are friendly, knowledgeable, kept me informed on my vehicle's progress and returned me with a very clean car. I highly recommend Morrow Collision.

My boyfriend recommended me to bring my Jeep. He brings his truck in anytime he needs service. Morrow collision did not disappoint! Melissa and Abner walked me through the process and the steps to be able to get my vehicle fixed from insurance to dropping it off. The communication was on point and to top it all off the wonderful customer service they left me with a detailed and washed vehicle I did not expect, it made my entire day!!! With a long Day of work I was just simply grateful. This is truly great service thank you so much. I will definitely be recommending them.

I was kept informed every step during the process. Everything was clearly explained and described, all my questions answered, excellent customer service, and end result far exceeded my expectations. No surprises or anything unexpected. They all went above and beyond for me. You can trust this shop. Great people and excellent work! Wish I could leave more than 5 stars.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Morrow’s. My daughter was hit in the school parking lot and we had to have the rear door of the SUV replaced. Repair took longer than estimated but not a big deal. After 3 weeks the door started rubbing on the front door when opening and shutting. Upon inspection you see the door was tilted slightly in on the top and out on the bottom causing the bottom of the door to stick out and rub against the front door when opening/closing. Took it in and they said it was not their responsibility because it didn’t do it when it let the shop and maybe the wind caught it. The door was out of alignment from top to bottom, not left to right. After several emails and escalated it up their chain, they ended up fixing it but never did take full responsibility for it – just said there was no way to know what happened. I’ve always taken my car to Tracy’s – figure I would give this place a try and will never return. For what it’s worth, this is the first time I have ever had a complaint against a mechanic or body shop, just feel like people should be warned. Other lesson learned - check their work over in detail - if something is slightly out of alignment bring it up, take pictures, because if you take from their shop and something moves or changes later on they will not take responsibility for it. Their "lifetime warranty" is a joke. Attaching a pic showing the top of the door out of alignment.
