I’ve had four vehicles there over the past few months. They are always fair and honest. Bonus is they get vehicles in and out fast. They have never kept a vehicle overnight unless they had to order something. A lady named Roxanne works at the desk and is always helpful. Waiting room is clean. Highly recommend!

Excellent quality work but also exceptional customer service, honesty, clear communication, and a genuine feeling that the shop really cares about your Jeep and your needs. New owner has made a huge difference!! When I purchased my vehicle almost 10 years ago, I also purchased an extended warranty. My “Check Engine” light came I went to the dealership and found out they no longer honor the warranty they sold me. After reaching out on Facebook, I found Morristown Tire and Performance would accept my warranty. I made an appointment for the following day. My issues were diagnosed, claim filed with the warranty company, and repairs completed promptly. I am so thankful this business actually cared enough to work with the warranty company rather than requiring me to pay up front. Thank you Roxanne and the great service staff!!!

I happened to be in Morristown and needed a quick tire repair. Called a couple of places and they couldn’t work me in. Called Morristown tire and performance and they said they would do their best to squeeze me in. Luckily they had a trailer tire my size and were able to put on my new tire quickly to keep me working.

I went here for brakes today based on recommendations and I have to say the experience was very much 5-star. The price was more than reasonable, the turnaround time was less than quoted, the facility was spotless (including the bathroom) and the lady who works the front desk, Roxanne, is/was an absolute delight. You will be hard-pressed to find another service center in town that even comes close to providing the level of customer service that I had today. And I have experienced my fair share in Morristown. I will certainly be back.

I want to begin by expressing my admiration for Chad. He is not only trustworthy, but his character is truly remarkable. Recently, Chad and his team replaced the engine on our 2021 Toyota Tundra. Throughout the process, Chad ensured that we were well taken care of and made the transition incredibly smooth and convenient by keeping us updated on the situation. I had an excellent experience at Morristown Tire and Performance Center yesterday. I had hit a pothole on Sunday that busted both tires on the passenger side of my vehicle while visiting Morristown. I gotta the tires replaced elsewhere on Sunday, but they didn't do an alignment, and the car had begun making a noise at highway speed. I didn't feel comfortable driving home (6.5 hours), so I brought my SUV to Morristown Tire and Performance Center on Monday. The owners and staff were professional, kind, and conscientious. Some businesses would see a woman from out of town and take advantage of her, but not these folks. They asked clarifying questions, checked the vehicle thoroughly, and even checked whether I actually needed an alignment instead of blindly charging me for one. They charged me a very reasonable diagnostic fee, and let me know the potential issue, and level of urgency. I can't say enough good things about this shop! I truly appreciate them, and f I lived in the local area, this would become my go-to auto repair shop.

Chad and the gang are great at what they do.. I have known him for several years even when he worked at BMW in Savannah Ga,,If you have a foreign or domestic car you cant go wrong with going to these guys , They are very very knowledgeable and thorough,, If you have any doubts just give them a chance you wont go anywhere else after your first visit..
