Have dealt with Zack in parts on several occasions, and he has always taken care of my part needs. Even gave me a heads-up on purchasing the wrong part even though I had the part number. It wouldn't have been correct for my application. Also, best place in town to buy tires and Andrew, Service Mgr, was great to get them mounted around my schedule.

I was traveling alone from out of town when my low tire pressure gauge came on. Morristown Ford was the closest dealership. So I took a chance and just stopped right in. The gentleman behind the counter got my car right in and had a mechanic add the air to the tires and I was quickly back on the road. I am very thankful for the kind and courteous hospitality I received.
