Came back here the 2nd time around, my car had a bearing problem, called juan about it, dropped the car off at his shop and it got confirmed. His crew is very reliable and always been kind, price is unbeatable!. After 3-4 hrs of waiting , car is ready to be driven back home! It was smooth and problem gone!

Brought my car in 2020 and got it back with more problems and tools left in my engine check back in 2025 to see the same type of reviews and the owner takes no responsibility. Bad business. My car I brought in 2020 caught fire from them causing an oil leak.

Juan and Morrisons are incredible! Saved me a lot of money (thousands)... had engine problems on my BMW. Other shops were quoting me a few thousand to fix. Took it into Morrisons and they realized the parts were fine and it was more of a computer issue and now my car is running great again! Fair pricing, up front conversations, and an honest shop. And best of all, they actually fixed the problem so I don't have to keep putting money into the same thing over and over and over.

This is hands down the BEST auto repair shop I have EVER encountered! I am a single mom with limited income and Morrison’s was recommended highly as being trustworthy. The recommendation did not disappoint. Juan informed me that a part on my car should still be covered under warranty and directed me to check at the dealership instead of being dishonest and charging me the thousands it most likely would’ve been to repair himself. It WAS under warranty. Extremely fair pricing in diagnostics as well as getting my condenser fixed. They definitely have a life long customer!!!

This is our go too mechanic shop, honest, fair pricing, completes the job in a timely manner and always communicates with us. They've done some big jobs for us and we will keep going there. My brother paid $1963 to have his Audi a/c compressor replaced with what we agreed would be Audi parts, I was sent a copy of the requested part costing $950 , they installed the cheapest version sold online for $119. I suggest double checking any parts installed at morrisons auto on Armenia in west tampa… they are thieves. Pix 1 ) part sold on eBay Pix 2) part installed

This company is a rip off beware beware beware!! If you come up here with a warranty extended warranty, they charge you extra to get money from the insurance company. He gave me several different quotes. He is a liar, beware beware.

I was in need of help when my car shut off on the highway. I did not know what to do. I called Morrison's Discount automotive. Spoke with Rick. He immediately had my car towed to his shop. It was fixed quick. Thank you, Rick You have no idea how you and your shop helped my family today. 500 stars

Brought in a 2004 Acura RSX with a blown AC compressor for a warranty visit, as the blown AC compressor was newly installed by this shop approximately 6 months prior. The car had all working accessories when going into service, including radio and power locks working with no faults. The car arrived at Morrison’s on Monday, and I was told they would get to it right away. I called on Tuesday morning to check in, and was given an estimate that it would be completed by end of day. Another check-in call on Wednesday morning, and I was told that they were only just getting it on a lift around lunch time. After a call on Wednesday afternoon, it was clear that the car still wasn’t going to be completed. Mid-day of Thursday rolls around with no communication from the shop, so I then called again to be told “it’s done but your battery is dead, won’t recharge and can’t be jumped”. Although the battery was not at full voltage when bringing the car into the shop, it is an Optima Yellow-Top AGM battery, and always rechargeable unless it shorts to ground. After replacing the battery and 3.5 days of the car sitting in the shop, I was informed of a faulty condenser fan on the car, and that it would continue to have further issues - unfortunately, I was only informed of this at the moment of receiving my key back. Obviously, I was not comfortable with the shop keeping the car for any longer, given how things had already gone. I drove the car for roughly ten minutes to get it to an area that it would be safe until further repairs, and opened the hood to see how everything looked. Loose bolts were left laying around the engine bay, tools had been left around the motor itself and the engine bay, all power steering fluid was drained, the coolant reservoir cap was missing, AC valves were left open, and the stereo and power locks were no longer working due to blown fuses. Several issues came up that did not exist before bringing this car into the shop, especially with something as simple as a warranty visit - although, even with it being a warranty visit, there was no consideration, communication, or priority given to the situation. This shop also left bolts inside of the engine of a friend’s car previously, causing major problems, but I had given them the benefit of the doubt considering this was just intended to be a warranty visit. Given that this visit resulted in a fried $300+ battery, multiple blown fuses, a newly busted condenser fan, missing parts, and loose components/tools in the engine bay, I cannot/will not recommend them or return to the location for future services.

If you are looking for fair and honest automobile repair this is the place for you. Tony and his crew are very knowledgeable about old and new technologies. They have completed several repairs on both my 2022 Dodge Durango and 1987 Jeep CJ7. Prices are genuine and no surprises when you pick up your vehicle. There is no uncertainty during the repair if other issues arise you will receive a phone call right away.

My car broke down close by the Morrison auto shop in north armenia, and the guys over there were very helpful, they diagnosed the issue I had and fixed it on the same day, and the price was fair. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.

amazing automotive experience at its finest. Dedicated hardworking honest. Moved here in 2000 with the Coast Guard,all vehicles come here. Even our son who is in the Army comes down here to have work done on his vehicles as well. Such a breath of fresh air as opposed to the shady upsales and fly by night businesses..
