This will definitely be my shop. I am always treated with respect here by honest people. One day I was in a bind to get an inspection and had to get to the tag office quick, I didnt even mention that part they had me ready on time. Now, they were able to not only get a service done for a much better quote elsewhere, but they also had it done in the same day. 10/10 for everyone here, wish them the best.

Once again the best place to take your auto to get fixed. I went in on Thur. because my car was not feeling well. They got me right in and told me they will call with the problem. I got the call and told them go ahead and 24 hours later she was fixed and running great. a great price. Being on a fixed income I always know they will be fair and do the job at the best price I can have. They stand by all their work.Thanks again for your great service and the Smile. I took our Lexus rx350 for repairs about a year ago and there was a tire that needed to be remounted. They called me asking for the locking lug nut key saying they couldnt find it and I told them it was in the glove box and to look again. They called back and said they could not locate it and was necessary to cut the locking nuts off to remove the tires to rotate them. When I went to pick up the vehicle I walked out and was able to locate the lug nut key right where I said it was in the glove box. They charged me to replace the lug nuts even after I showed them the key that was in the glove box under a few papers. I didn't make a big deal of it at the time knowing that was the last time they would service a vehicle of mine. Fast forward to this week and I went to rotate the tires and discovered not only are those 4 lug nuts they replaced are a slightly different wrench size but they were apparently not torqued correctly because one was very difficult to remove. I also have to replace those 4 lug nuts again with the correct size so I don't have to carry 2 separate wrenches to remove. Very frustrating and disappointing.

This is honestly the only place I have found that is actually honest and has always been more than helpful to my family and I. I have been coming here for years and they always go above and beyond all of my expectations. They are knowledgeable, helpful, honest, fast service and charge very reasonably. They are the best I have ever found and that’s with living in other states. Thank you Mooresville service center for always taking care of all of my cars needs. On top of that all of the staff is super friendly, and has great communication skills.

Tried to overcharge for a battery and terminals asked them if I can do it myself turned out wasn't the battery asked them to do fuel work and denied my services was nothing but respectful till they denied my services

Fixed a huge mistake that another shop let happen outside of Mooresville on my vehicle. Fixed my steering back to default.. found and torqued all the loose bolts and left me content I had my vehicle back in 100% working order. Every vehicle I have now will go to these guys first before I even question calling anywhere else. I'm thankful these dudes go to work and do what they do. Family trip is now back on thanks to them.

I HATE car related things. It normally causes me so much stress. I always feel like I am being upsold, and taken advantage of. Not here..they have such personable, kind people as staff and very prompt and efficient. I will be bringing my vehicles here from now on and couldn't recommend them more!

I don’t recommend you guys bring your car here they will rip you guys off, the part they replaced were no where near that cost they but in my invoice. BBB will be hearing from me soon this place took over a week to get my car fixed I don’t even think there certified to work on bmw

I brought my car in as a 3rd opinion on a rattle I had been hearing for almost 2 years, that has increased in frequency and intensity. With plans to leave it there all day to try to fix this problem. It did not get fixed... And I'm okay with that, but they were telling me they didn't even hear the sound... And I don't believe that. Not for a minute... Made me leave there feeling like they were very incompetent. And sure enough, it did it on me 4 times in the less than a mile drive to my house when I picked it up. This sound is unmistakable at this point! They were very good at communication, called me twice during the day, And they didn't charge me full amount, but I don't even think they drove it out of the service center lot, or else they would have absolutely heard it.

Really happy with the service I received. I was updated on my truck regularly and I really appreciate their attention to detail as there were a few odds and ends I didn't remember to mention that got taken care of anyway . The condition I recieved my truck back in exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of my vehicles here to have work done in the future .

Service Centers profit from failed inspections.... The business model does not make money from a $30 auto inspection. They will fail when others pass. I will not be returning after they attempted to get me to pay for repairs that were not needed.

Though I can’t speak for the services they perform (though I can assume they’d be great) I can speak to the type of business they run. While my car was in for an inspection, a working accidentally backed it into another car on the lot - of course not ideal but accidents happen, everyone’s human. But the owners at Mooresville Service Center went above and beyond to take responsibility and make it right, covering the cost to repair and providing transportation in the meantime. What can still be called an inconvenience, they made the fix as easy as ever, and without me having to pry or beg, a rarity nowadays. I would 100% trust them still for any future service based on this.
