The owner talked with me directly to get all the necessary information to best address the issues with my vehicle. He informed me of the costs and told me the expected time for pickup. Vehicle was done and ready for pick up at the estimated time. Owner greeted me and processed my payment and explained everything completed with my car. This repair shop treated me fairly and completed the repair on time. Great people to work with.

I have spent around four grand in the last six months on my vehicle with more or less auto repair. My battery is bad a second time the first time they said I had to pay for a new battery. I had to remind them that they had given me that battery whenever my battery was dead when I brought the first time the second battery is now dead from the same place more or less auto repair. instead of them looking at my battery or even trying to figure that out they want me to tow my entire car into the shop and have them look at it inspect it a little under 200$, when this is not the first time the battery has stopped working in the vehicle and has came from there shop. last time they said the battery was just a bad one. the same thing happened and they’re saying could be something completely different not just the battery. The whole time I have felt like they only fix the car so that it will drive. They never fully fix the car. It had gone in four more times after the first time. To sum everything up, I bought a battery from them. They put it in my car. The first time the battery went out they replaced it for free. The second battery went out and they want me to tow my car and get it evaluated will cost around $300 including the tow Otherwise there’s nothing I can do. Also the first time I got my car back from them was 1300$ and the ignition housing on the car was coming apart because there was a screw missing. Another time I got it back less then 24 hours after my skid plate fell down on the interstate and it tore off. Don’t take your car here I won’t ever again.

Mike and Amy are amazing owners, they made sure our Hyundai Sante Fe was in good shape to run us to Nashville. Very sweet and considerate people and helped out two kids who are struggling with this economy. Please go to this place if you ever have doubts about other mechanic's work. Mike and his team went above and beyond to help us repair our 2014 Chevy Equinox. Outstanding service at very reasonable (if not the best in town) prices! I reached out to five other mechanic shops for quotes, and not only were their prices higher, but the customer service wasn’t as friendly. This shop stood out for their professionalism and fairness. They had my car ready in just 2 hours after I dropped it off, which was much faster than I expected. On top of that, they offer free inspections on certain services, which shows they really care about their customers. Highly recommend! I will be going back 100% for anything related to my car. They can also do almost EVERYTHING.

They're polite only, that's the only thing. There was a sterring wheel play of my car and they said you need to get the upper control arms replaced and I got it done for around 750$. There's nothing changed to my car. Mike told me it's another issue and would cost 1700$ to get it done. I don't want to spend this much now. Secondly, they work on my parking brake, forst they screwed with it, then I visited the workshop multiple times to get it fixed. Once he just did something with the parking brake cable and it was hanging and touching the ground. I went back many times to get it fixed and when it was fixed, same tik tik sound was coming out and have to go back. I recommended them earlier to my friends but when it happened to me, I apologized to my friends and suggested them to stop visiting this workshop. They're not more for less, they are actually less for more. I kept myself not posting this but I am student, loving on a very limited stipend. So I have to speak the truth and have to tell my story.

Best place to get your vehicles fixed at. Honest straightforward mechanics. Mike the owner and his crew are the best. You will definitely be returning if you get a repair done. Unlike other mechanics and other shops he cares and understands. Others will knowingly overcharge you because you know nothing these guys will explain everything to you even let you watch there work in progress show you the parts they replaced and explain what does what and why. I found Mike before Covid. I cannot say enough about his excellent work.

I know of several customers here in the neighborhood that Mike and his team have taken care of their car repair needs. He is honest, we trust him and he has great prices that saved us alot of money. I love his Harley motorcycle and his fiance is nice too. Give them a call when you have a problem with your car and he also does alignments in his shop. He got us in and out same day!

WOW, AN HONEST auto repair shop!! My wife and I are retired and need to watch what we spend, so we haven't had cruise control working on our car since we bought it a couple months ago. I called around looking to get it fixed before a trip we've been planning, and they were the first shop that told me that they could "probably" get it fixed for us. Their initial diagnostic fee for this was just $75. We dropped it off and when they called us back and said the repair was simple and easy they were only going to charge us for the simple repair, and that no parts were needed other than some new wiring. They could have charged us hundreds and told us something major was wrong, but they were honest and fixed only what was wrong, and didn't carge for something they didn't do. THANKS SO MUCH!

After reading the reviews for this shop I decided to call and get a quote to install brake pads on our car. I was curtly informed by Amy that they don't install outside parts, followed by a definitive I'm sorry that lets you know the conversation is over. I'm glad their business is going well enough that they don't need anymore customers at the moment. I would have offered the prospective customer a quote anyway after explaining the policy. She acted like speaking with me was an interruption she didn't need. Very disappointed and not what I expected after reading the stellar reviews. Normally I would do it myself but I'm a disabled veteran with stage four cancer. Already tried doing it myself and too weak to get it done. So we will continue searching for a decent shop. Why are good mechanics so hard to find? What's the reason for the policy and why no exceptions to it? So they can charge you double for parts?

Great place, needed a bushing pressed in and they got it done extremely fast and a very fair price. I also lost a nut and he was quick to invite me up to find one at no charge.

I randomly found an auto repair shop on Google for my Nissan truck that was having stater issues. Called them on Sat morning and was told to stop by anytime and they would look at it. I went an hour later assuming I would lose my vehicle for a few days. They had it diagnosed as needing a new starter in 20 min. They called me back 3 hrs later to say it was done! All of this on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment! Incredible customer service and top notch technicians! Customer for life!

I took my van to Moore for less. Just came back from around the country and had a intake manifold leak. They told me it was usually the gasket and the manifold would be fine. Before I took it to them bought an intake manifold. Apparently it was wrong but they had my permission to get the right one and fix the problem. To my surprise they told me it was just the gasket and I was good to go. The next morning I went out to my van and found the radiator low. They charged me for new antifreeze as well. I opened the bottle which was see through. There was only the water I've been putting in there the whole time. They lied about that. They also did a diagnosis on the van since it had a check engine light on. They said they took care of all of that. What they really did was reset the check engine light. They are liars ,deceptive, and they put in a gasket into a cracked manifold knowing it was cracked or they kinked the gasket. When I tried to rectify the situation he started to scream at me. Not a good business man at all. How he can defend leaving a defective part and inconvenience me. If you want to take a chance and him doing the same thing to you. Don't say you haven't been warned.

Our van broke down and wouldn’t start while we were visiting Great Smoky Mountain National Park. We called 15+ shops to try to find someone who could fix our van that day and everyone said no until we called Moore 4 Less Auto Repair. They got us in mid day and fixed our van in a few hours! They were friendly and had good customer service. They were an answer to prayer, praising Jesus that we found them!

Mike and Amy has worked on every car I have owned for the past couple of years. They are great, always friendly and excellent customer service. Helped my wife fix up her old truck she inherited from her dad, it is her pride and joy. They have done numerous things, such as tune ups and even found an instrument cluster for it.

Top notch service with reasonable prices. Mike and Amy are always pleasant to deal with. They know how stressful vehicle repairs are and they always do their best to help. This is the only place I take my car!
