We take all of our cars here now. I appreciate that I don't feel like they are trying to up-sell me on a bunch of questionable or useless stuff like my experience has been with dealerships. Our Mazda is running much better since they tuned it up. Plus we should be doing our best to support our local valley run businesses!!!

Great work. Got an oil change at a decent price, but they also Replaced a bad battery at no cost under warranty and even reattached my bottom plastic to the bottom of my car, no charge

Best local auto shop. Very friendly and personal with you. I highly recommend this place for auto work. Fair prices as well, a dealership will charge you twice as much.

I take both of our vehicles to Moon Valley Auto for service. Dawn and her staff are professional, do good work at a reasonable price and are just great to work with! I like using Moon Valley as they "know" my vehicles and what work needs to be done or not.

On October 9, 2024, approximately 10 to 13 minutes away from my residence, my Jeep unexpectedly experienced a mechanical failure. I promptly pulled over to the side of the road and inspected the vehicle, but I was unable to identify the source of the issue. Consequently, I contacted my parents for assistance, was still unable to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem. It was evident that something was amiss, necessitating further investigation. Subsequently, I had the vehicle towed to Moon Valley, cognizant of the fact that it was the end of the day and any potential repairs would have to wait until the following day. Upon further inspection by the mechanics, it was determined that the rear axle had malfunctioned and required replacement. Mr. Chet, whom I believe I have spelled correctly, assured me that the necessary repairs could be completed by the end of the day. Understandably, I was emotionally affected by this unexpected turn of events, as I had not anticipated such a significant issue. However, it is worth noting that this was my second time utilizing the services of this particular repair shop, and I had encountered no problems during my initial visit. Furthermore, based on my positive experience during this second instance, I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to others.
