worse service department. made an appointment for transmission only to be told when I get there that I can drop my truck off and it will be 2 days before they can look at my transmission. make that make sense!

Sandra and Esther were great, they fixed the problem. 21 Tahoe on the other hand which I just purchased used with 37k miles on it from Monument is a different story. Tahoe would not crank but not start, left us stranded on Bolivar for 3 days. Had 3/4 tank of gas and battery had plenty of charge. FUEL PUMP CONTROL MODULE was bad which currently is a BIG problem for GM vehicles. Luckily was covered under warranty but killed my battery which Monument charged me $300 for. Called multiple Chevy dealerships and they all knew exactly what it was and there is currently no re-call. **Also there is no way to get these into Neutral with out a special tool that most tow truck drivers do not carry. You have to drag it on the tow truck.

Came in one day for a recall part on my vehicle and got in and out that same day, when I brought my vehicle in to the service department my vehicle was in 100% good shape for it's year, but by the very next day my vehicle stops functioning 100% and instead now doesn't charge my battery and now I have codes on my vehicle that weren't there before. When I went back to get it checked out and have the problem resolved the employees looked at me like I was completely wrong and that there mechanics are so perfect that they don't make any mistakes. Instead they are trying to find cunning ways to brush me off saying nothing is wrong with my vehicle, all the while making a customer feel that this establishment is incompetent with the employees they have employed, and trying to deny all the physical proof I had provided and demonstrate. I wouldn't recommend a place where a companies employee's will do what they can to deny any at fault when they know that just got busted. So my recommendation is stay away from Chevy monument service department located on 225 and beltway 8, unless you have no other choice to go to this establishment. Good luck for those who go here and get the same experience or worst experience as I did.

First contacted the service department on 5/23/24 and was assisted by Santiago F. I was told a service advisor would contact me to discuss programming a new key fob for my vehicle. Provided my phone number and email address and still today, 6/20/24, I have not been contacted by anyone from the service department. I contacted them again on Monday, 6/17/24 and asked if anyone was going to contact me to assist with the key fob. I was told by Morgan C. that I would be contacted "as soon as possible". I guess my definition of "soon as possible" is quite different than the employees at Monument Chevrolet. Be smart, don't step foot anywhere near Monument Chevrolet, they are the worst in Harris County!!!

Went to repair my sunroof and had to go back to the service department twice in one week because the sunroof was never fixed only worked for less than 1 hour. And I was also charged for the repairs and ended up getting the sunroof repaired at a 3rd party location super bad quality from this service department

I am glad I chose Monument Chevrolet to diagnose my vehicle and give me multiple options to get my vehicle back on the road. There service and quick response will keep me going back when I need mechanical assistance. They even helped with towing assistance that handled my vehicle with care during transit.Thank you Angela for all your help and keeping me informed.

Our salesman was good, knowledgeable about the vehicles we tested. It all ended at the financial department. Games are not our thing.

I have been using Veronica at Monument for many years as my service assistant. Her communication and responsiveness is outstanding. I had a new truck with 2800 miles go into reduced acceleration yesterday and Veronica and her team worked quickly to push it through and back to me quickly. Thank you
