I am so happy to have found Monsoon Automotive!! I had spoken with Cole, the manager, a few times when he was at the other location and he was and is always kind, patient, polite and welcoming. He really makes a woman who has gotten used to be taken advantage of by mechanics feel safe, heard and the problem being genuinely cared about. He doesn’t rush with explanations, he has always been timely in repairs and I will trust no-one else now with my vehicles. Such a treasure to find honesty and great service in today’s world. I HIGHLY recommend them and have been telling everyone I know about them. Way to go Cole, and your staff for going above and beyond just getting a paycheck. Blessings to you at your new shop. Went above and beyond my expectations!!! Was very friendly. Affordable very fare on prices and parts along with labor. Would definitely recommend this company to everyone who needs an honest local small business mechanic.
