Took my car in because I had an oil leak. I was told I needed a valve cover gasket replaced. $247.00. Took the car home. Still leaking. Went to another shop. My oil pan plug was leaking. Too simple to believe! Very disappointing but typical of what elderly women go through way too much.

Took my 2011 Ford Flex there that I bought from a previous owner ,she had been taking the flex there for years so I decided to take it there as well since they already know the Flex ,I'm very Happy with the services they are honest and they do quality work ,they even stand behind there warranty,im taking my Flex in on Monday for work 11/4/2024

I wanted to warn people, while they are very nice I was told that my car needed breaks and rotors, I was quoted a 1000. I have taken my car elsewhere based on my old mechanic advice who is too far for me to go to. Well any how my car needs nothing. They never provided me measurements or anything. I am female and sure enough they tried to take advantage. Never setting foot there again.

Its been 4 days and NO CHECK ENGINE or CHECK GAGE lights! After multiple attempts with other places, I was able to get my truck in with these guys and I was more than pleased! They found ALL the issues and got them taken care of (and didnt break my pockets doing so). Everything from their communication to their repair work is beyond amazing! Thank you guys again!

Exceptional service. Not only did they fix our problem but detected a couple of others (which not all needed immediate attention but would need to be serviced once we got back to our state.) Honest and very helpful. Made sure we were able to get to and back to our place while our car was being worked on. You don't always get and trust someone when you are out of state like them. Highly recommend them. Would definitely go to them again. The work they did also had a warranty on it that could be utilized when we return to our home state (not just for Arizona).

I love the guys at Monsoon Automotive. I really trust them too. And so does my husband. We have a major problem with pack rats and the eat everything. We started spraying the top of the motor with peppermint oil and they left the top part alone. So then the pack rats started eating the main wiring harness on the bottom of the engine. Seth took a look at what was going on and was able to fix it instead of spending $1,000 on a complete new harness. I really trust these guys with my vehicle's.

Sad I can’t give zero stars. My husbands car was here for close to 21 days. If we wanted an update, we had to call them. If we say we needed the car back by a certain day? Too bad. This put us in such a bind logistically and was extremely frustrating. To make things worse, The original issue was so badly misdiagnosed that we ended up paying close to $3000 and the car is STILL having issues. We are obviously not going back to this shop and will advise everyone we know to steer clear.
