Made an appointment to get my tires replaced. Tony the manager helped me pick out tires within my budget. The technicians were very friendly and fast. Took about 45 mins. Happy with the finished product. Most likely come here to get my brakes fixed. Thanks again!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I took my car here twice in approx 3 months for 2 completely unrelated issues. First I spent around $500 for a new starter to be put in only for the car to die and need to be towed towed to a new shop less than a week later where the other shop informed me that the starter was not adequate and I had to have the "new" starter from Monro replaced. I then had a flat tire and bent rim from a pothole. I had my car towed to this location since it's a TIRE SHOP. It took 2 weeks for my car to be ready for pick up at which point I was told I had a new tire and new rim. As I was pulling out of the shop I noticed the tire was rubbing on the wheel well. I called the shop, was told to bring it in when I could which was admittedly about 2 weeks later because my husband and I were sharing a vehicle at this time since mine was unsafe to drive. I called on a Saturday and was told the manager was not in but to come in on Monday. I showed up Monday at 10am and was told that the manager was too sick to talk to me or work on my car. I was livid. I demanded a refund. Finally the Manager came out, started yelling at me, telling me the bubble on the sidewall of my car was from driving it with a bent rim before I had it towed in and that the damage to my car was from the tow truck. I had driven the car one block before I parked it to be towed, the damage was not from the tow company. Apparently Monro didn't even replace my tire --per the manager, but the woman at pick up said the tire and rim were replaced. Admittedly I was pretty heated and at this point and I was told the manager wouldn't work on my car. I said he never should have let me leave their parking lot without disclosing that my car was DANGEROUS TO DRIVE and it was NEGLIGENT of him to either 1) NOT LET ME KNOW THE DAMAGE WHEN HE PUT THE TIRE ON or 2) NOT NOTICE THE DAMAGE HE DID WHEN HE DID IT ...this was YET ANOTHER BOTCHED JOB BY MONRO but again there's no accountability. I know for a fact (because I was told prior by the manager) that this shop has 8-9 lawsuits against them so now it looks like I'll be number 10. Disputing charges with my credit card company for the starter since I have proof from the other shop that this was faulty and needed to be replace --within 1 week of monro "fixing it" but I am likely out the $200 for the rim/tire, and who knows how much it will cost to fix the damage this shop caused to my car on top of this.

Horrible experience. DID NOT PUT CORRECT AMOUNT OF OIL IN MY ENGINE. Went to get an oil change from this place. Waited about 2 hours. Oil change was supposed to come with complimentary tire rotation, they took my tires off but when I got my car back the tires were the same, no rotation. I didn’t complain mistakes happen. That should’ve been my warning sign. The day after the oil change my car started sputtering. I take my car to my local mechanic to see what the issue is. Turns out my car has NO OIL ON THE DIPSTICK. Mechanic states it was a direct mechanic failure, no leaks or anything Ended up with engine issues. My car is still currently down due to this issue. I’ve called the shop to try to inform them I can only speak with a call center who was supposed to call me back but has yet to do so. And now even the call center is not answering. HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOY TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Will not be drivable afterwards. A $70 oil change turned into $1000 repairs

Finally a place that doesn't try to nickel and dime you. They provide great service and will make sure your vehicle is safe to drive. Also their prices are affordable compared to the other locations I have been to. I recommend this place to my family and friends. I will be using this place for every vehicle service I need on my cars.

Fast friendly staff. I came to Monro with a new set of powder coated wheels and new tires to be mounted and balanced. They seemed knowledgeable when dropping off but on pick up I noticed they used clip on weights instead of adhesive ones. Not the first choice when working on powdered coated wheels because it will damage the coating and it did. Also the position of the weights is questionable. It's not typically practice to put the same size weights directly across from each other (inside & outside of rim). Also since installing the rims on my truck this afternoon. I've driven it once down the driveway then back into my garage and 4 of the many wheel wieghts have fallen off in the driveway. Again the staff was fast and pleasant to deal with. This is a lack of training. It's disappointing we looked forward to having these nice wheels on are 65 pickup now they're marred up.

Not sure if they have new management here, apparently the old manager was terminated (who was a seemingly a cool guy) I use to always get my repairs here at reasonable prices. I called the other day and they quoted me $763 for spark plugs. I don't know if the new manager is the guy from West Bloomfield Monro but if so it make sense, because there quotes are always over priced it's really just silly smh lol like know one is going for the quotes bro. Get your prices right so you can get more business like c'mon my man's lol

Will never go back spent 124 to have to wait a while hour to get my oil change because they didn’t have an oil filter so they had to call over to a different store.

Took forever for them to plug a tire and there was absolutely no one else in front of me and it cost $28 just to plug a tire. Most places charge 15 and some tire shops do it for free as a service so you'll come back to buy tires from them Unfortunately they were the only ones open And took full advantage Of that Period

Very reputable tire installer took care of my Amazon bought tires mounted and balanced them. Did great and did it in a timely manner. Gary was very nice and professional about his work.

Took my Nissan Rogue there 2 weeks ago for a second opinion to see if I needed a new control arm like the dealer said. They were right. The dealer quoted me around 1700 for the control arm and left cv axle. Gary- the manager said let me see if I can do better then the dealer price. I had just bought all new tires back in late 2022, because of the control arm being bad, it ruined my 2 front tires with premature tread ware. My tires were still under basic warranty for another 45,000 miles. For nail damage or stuff like that. Technically, they shouldn't have been covered for this bad control arm. They gave me 2 new tires at no charge. When all was said and done, Monro auto replaced the control arm, left cv axle, did a wheel alignment, and the tires for 1172 out the door. Gary the manager went out of his way to help me out, and saved me tons of money. My car only took a few hours. It drives so smooth now. I am so happy I had them do the work instead of the Nissan Dealer. I usually get all my work done at the dealer, this time, I'm glad I got a second opinion. So far so good. I would recommend this place, because I will always remember how Gary the shop manager helped me with the price. With inflation and how expensive everything is, that goes a long way. Not only did he not try to talk me into things I didn't need, he helped me on the price for the repairs. I highly recommend this place!
