I went to Monro to have a flat tire replaced, and ended up getting all 4 done and it was so nice to be at ease while in the shop. Sometimes it's really intimidating going to get your car fixed as a woman, but I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Chelsea was super helpful and helped make an annoying situation much easier!

I had the pleasure of working with Chelsea, and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. From the moment I interacted with her, she was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. She took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnostics of my car and made sure I understood the problem, as well as the best steps to take if the issue arises again in the future. What truly stood out was how Chelsea went above and beyond by speaking with her manager to match the price, showing her dedication to helping me in every way possible. I could not say enough good things about Monro Auto. I work 8-5, Monday through Friday, so I am pretty limited on hours that I can have my vehicle looked at, as this is my only vehicle. I called Monday to see when I could get it in and the manager, Rob told me to bring it in right after work. When I was calling around, Pep Boys told me to bring it in on Saturday, but I knew something was seriously wrong, so I kept calling around. When I brought it in, he got me in right away, had me get under the car with him and showed me exactly what was wrong. It was major repairs that had to be done, the Cadillac Converter and the timing chains needed to be replaced. He was honest with me and said that he would not wait on this because the timing chain could snap at any moment and I was breathing in all those chemicals from the Cadillac Converter. Rob emphasized that if either the Cadillac Converter or the timing chains went, it would leave me stranded and I would also be replacing the engine. He said that he could get me in the very next morning, in which I dropped it off and he gave me a ride to work. Throughout the process of my car getting worked on, he communicated with me the entire time. He told me that it would be done on Friday and they had it done on Wednesday! I was impressed with how professional they are and they genuinely care. As you can imagine, replacing the Cadillac Converter and the timing chains is not a cheap job. Rob offered me financing and really helped me out in any way that he could with reducing the price. I didn't have a mechanic, but I do now! I will be recommending this place to everyone.

Shifter cable snapped before 10am, had it towed and fixed before 2pm. Rob was super helpful and friendly. Couldn’t thank the guys here enough!!

Love this shop! Took my really old classic car in for a leak. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. The front desk personnel are kind, helpful, and really take care of you. The mechanics know how to troubleshoot an old car with no computer diagnostics, which is way harder to find than you might think! The waiting area is really nice as well, lots of lovely plants to reduce anxiety while you wait. Highly recommend this shop!

Really a great experience here with some upfront honesty from Rob and Chelsea, and great communication from the mechanics. Two vehicles I brought here for some check ups, and they didn't push anything on me that I didn't need. I would recommend this shop for services and repairs.

I called pep boys to get a patch done on my tire that had unexpectedly got a screw stuck in it and I say on hold for 10 mins. I called Monros and they were happy to help. They were kind and fast as could be. They are open later then most tire places as well. I will definitely be going back for my tire needs and I'll refer them to everyone I know! Thanks guys and gal!!

Do not get any work done with this shop. They installed my winter tires incorrectly causing excessive wear. They also ripped the bead of my all-season tires when changing them out. They did not tell us that they damaged my tires, rendering them useless. Avoid using the shop if at all possible.

Had a great experience here, volkswagen beetles can be notoriously hard to find service for, for obvious reasons. However Monro was able to get it done same day for a pretty reasonable price. Through work and great customer service.

I don't even know where to begin. I came in for a simple tire install, only to find out my tires were so close to simply falling off because of how bad my lugs were. Not to mention how bad my control arms were, AND I had dented my rim. I was here a total of 4 hours and even under pressure and busy with customers they were IMMENSELY friendly. I've never been to a mechanic shop I've felt comfortable in and this was the first!! I needed 10 new lug nuts and autozone was pricing them $150+ for me and instead of making me pay that ridiculous price, they allowed my step dad to buy lug nuts from the store and bring them to us to put on. They stayed over almost an hour to help me get back on the road safely and my bill was just under $100. I am DEFINITELY a new loyal customer!!!!! Seriously thank you SOOOO much you guys, especially to the two gentlemen who stayed after and kept me super friendly company!!! I really wish I could have tipped you two!!!!

Technician scratched one of my aftermarket wheels. It’s still functional but the finish is damaged. Because of this I am not recommending them to anyone with custom wheels.

Kept saying my car ran great, then died on me on the way home. Threw engine codes and took care of the one that was the very least of a problem with drive ability. Spent $650 for jo reason at all and the guard for what they "fixed" is just hanging and the new part is just getting ruined. Run, not a real mechanic whatsoever. Please listen to this. My car is still bogged out, vibrating like crazy, and almost dying daily and I'm in debt. Don't go here, I had to go 3 times before the check engine light and still didn't fix the problem for $650. Not a real mechanic period.

Ran over a fence post on i94 which blew out all 4 tires and rims on my vehicle. Far from home and in a pinch, Ken and his team helped me get back on the road the same day!! Went above and beyond to help me find solutions at a very reasonable price. Awesome team at Monro! Highly recommend.
