What kind of racist girl you have, today I called and scheduled appt for tire rotation for 11am but after I arrived she said they can’t do today…why did you schedule appt then if you can’t??? She did it special, it’s second time ignoring me…karma back wait girl!!!

scheduled appt online. I got a text message confirming it. Dropped my car off at my appointment time. Worker quit so they couldn't do the work. They said they tried to call me but I never got a call from them. I rescheduled the appt. Dropped my car off the day before the appt. I called them around 2pm and they were just starting the job! They said that they would call me when it was done. I called them at 4pm and they said was done. THEY NEVER CALLED ME LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD!

I came to monro after being turned away and mistreated at pep boys and earl and fred welcomed me in with open arms. They instantly got me an appointment the next day and we're extremely friendly, fast and professional! I'm highly pleased with my experience!

I was referred here for an inspection. They took me in same day and were very accommodating. Fred and Earl were very helpful, professional and friendly. I don't live in the area but wouldn't hesitate to make the trip back here for all my future repairs!

They did a good job on changing the front brakes and rotors on the front of my jeep. BUT the problem is they bait and switch you. They quoted me $630 for all 4 sides with all new brakes and rotors included. They said they charge $150 per axle plus parts which was reasonable which is why I went here in the first place. I can get a set of brakes and rotors for $200 or so. I expected a mark up obviously being a professional shop but to deliberately quote me a different price over the phone and give me half of what was initially agreed to is crazy. When they did the brake inspection they glossed over what was agreed to on the phone and installed the parts only on the front end and over charged me imo. It is what it is I won't be back. I understand that businesses have costs and are looking to make profit but what they charged me is what I would pay at a dealer and they would've installed oem parts. I also asked about what exactly the lifetime warranty is what exactly is covered and the person in the front treated me as if I was stupid for even asking. When I pushed for an expalnation they just gaslit me. It's just another bait and switch tactic that is vaguely worded to make you feel like you're getting something you're actually not. If you go here be warned unless you bring your own parts--whatever they tell you on the phone is just to get you in there.

I needed new rear brake pads and rotors on my Subaru. The staff were very friendly and professional. I got a time and cost estimate shortly after dropping off my vehicle and the work was completed well ahead of schedule. I am a very happy customer.

Brought in my vehicle for steering issues and they said they looked it over and couldn’t find any issue. Paid the fee of $100 something. Picked car up and still same issue. Near impossible to park. Take the car back and said it’s still having same issue and they said they could look at it again but would charge the fee again… for the same issue they couldn’t find the first time… manager told me I could take it somewhere else if I wasn’t happy with that. Take your car anywhere else, horrible service.

I was in a rush and had to get to class 3 hours away but my tires were in horrible condition, these guys were immediately able to get me in and change the tires. Josh was super helpful and accommodating. Super good dudes here.

I stopped by today in between work’s appointments because a tire warning had popped up on my car. I did feel safe driving back to the South Hills so stopped by. The manager and another gentleman were so kind and courteous to me. The checked my tires to make sure they were safe. I’d recommend them to anyone, thank you!

The guys are really nice and they help me out if I really need it..I know they have been reasonable with the prices. I am adding to my review. The guys did my car inspection and,it passed with flying colors. They were fast ,so it was done in no time. The pricing is reasonable. I'm going in next week to get brake pads on. Jodi is a really nice person.and I feel like I can stop if I need too.

The manger was able to help me out very quickly with a tire that needed plugged because it had a nail stuck on it. I’d highly recommend this shop to anyone and I will definitely be back with any needs I have.
