Brought the car to put on new tires and brakes. First experience was excellent. Mysteriously, a few days after getting the car back one brake line was broken and the line completely ran out of brake fluid. I am not sure how that broke, since the car has been gently driven. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Mr. Louis changed the story and said the line was 'worn out and rusted', not broken. That (plus a few other cues, like the carelessness of his assistant) left me wondering. A lot. I will not come back there ever again. Business: do not bother replying.

I took my car here on a Saturday morning when it was making a weird sound. Louis took my car for a test drive with me to help pinpoint the sound and rule out/rule in what could be causing it. He was very knowledgable and helped give us more information. I appreciated his help!

Lou and Joe were both very friendly and service oriented. I bought the Monro Groupon and chose this location because of the great reviews and I was not disappointed! It's rare to find such personal service at chains like these, but this Monro still has that mom & pop feel. Highly recommend!

Lou was a lifesaver! Came in with a rusted exhaust and rattling muffler. He got us back on the road quickly and gave us tons of great advice on what to do next, what our options were, etc.

Lou to the rescue! I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I was moving my son in at Pitt and woke up to flat tire as I was headed out for my 5 1/2 drive back home. Lou got me on my way with a repaired tire in less than an hour and was extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend Lou and Monro - responsive and dependable.

Staff was friendly but was very slow. I booked a 11:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Didn’t take my Escalade in til after 12 and had to remind them that they were supposed to rotate my tires as well. They almost pulled it out of the bay without doing so. Ended up being there for over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. I also over heard them saying that their Inspection License has been suspended so if you see this don’t plan on getting that done there.
