Set an appointment for a tire limit at 9:32 hours went by for me to show up and then to say "hey that guy didn't show up do you want your car now or later". Waste my money on groupon. Now im fighting with groupon to get my money back. I'm pretty sure to scam these workers don't do anything

Steer clear or clear your schedule- I wish I would have gone to my usual spot. This was a waste of my time and money. The Groupon savings were not worth it, and I was late to my next appt (which ended up costing me money) that I left a full 35 minutes of cushion for. I had an appt for a tire rotation and oil change that I set same day confirming the shop was not too busy. I was told it would be 45 minutes. It was 40 minutes before they even touched my car (the guy typed in the wrong year and I asked if my car was almost done when he came to use the computer and fix it. That is the only reason I got any info). I later was informed they would not rotate my tires because they thought I needed a new set instead?? Before they even saw my car the guy was telling me they might not be able to rotate the tires. I have a 2021. It is not an old car and these are not the original tires. They have about 50% tread.

Was charged an extra $43 on top of the groupon i bought so it was actually more expensive then a full price oil change. Waited 20 mins to have someone come to the front desk and this was after having to go into the garage area twice to ask if someone could help me. Also didn't get the tire rotation because a bay wasn't available was told I could me back and they'd do it for free. Free??? I paid for it as part of the groupon but never got it and I wouldn't go back to this place if they offered me free oil changes for a year. Absolutely awful experience!!!!

I had a free diagnosis on a failure my car is having, also to my surprise they fixed a TPMS problem my car had for a long time for free. Avoid at all costs I bought a Groupon to use for service and showed up on Monday morning at 7:30AM to speak with someone to schedule. Although, their website and the window stated that they opened at 7:30AM, nobody showed up until 8:15AM. I called other Monro locations trying to see if any other ones were opened. When I walked in at 8:15AM, the man at the counter was taking a call. He lied to the person on the phone and said he was "in a conference call that went long". At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I cannot trust someone who lies in my face. It's a hassle trying to get a refund from Groupon at this point but I refuse to do business with this merchant.

Great place! The people that work here are amazing, knowledgeable, and quick with the jobs that they do. Not to mention, I love how I can afford the repairs that I need without breaking the bank. Totally recommend for rotating tires, oil changes, tires, and so much more! Thanks Monore, you guys rule!☺️😁

Had an appointment @ 4:30pm and waited hours for alignment just for them to say they can’t do it. I don’t even know why they are taking appointments knowing they still have other task they aren’t finished with! Very disappointing and waste of time! No eta while waiting for an alignment. Horrible service here!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. To begin, I went in for a scheduled appointment with pre ordered tires; not only did I arrive to my appointment with the employees unaware an appointment was made, but also that my pre ordered tires were unavailable. I was forced to order new, lesser quality tires and had to come back 3 hours later. While waiting for the tires and alignment, I was told they would call me when they were finished. I came back with my car finished and waiting in the parking lot, where they “forgot” to call me when it was done. Within a few days after the appointment I noticed a major shaking in the car when accelerating. I decided to take my car to a dealership instead, where they told me my new tires were never balanced when put on, causing the shaking. The dealership also told me my breaks were due for a new set and my shock absorber was leaking, things Monro neglected to tell me. Overall I wasted my money with this company and would never recommend

Truly terrible. It took me 6 tries to get an alignment, and then I gave up and brought it somewhere else, since it was done so poorly. (1) On the first try, I made an appointment, and I was told I needed outer tie rod ends on the fronts. (2) I did that, made an appointment, and brought it back. They did 3 of the 4 wheels, but one was seized, needing a new inner tie rod. (3) I made an appointment for them to do it, but I was unable to drop my car off before work, since they were not open, even though their posted hours said they should be (they stated they opened at 7:30 and my wife and I waited until 8:15 - along with others in the parking lot - before leaving). (4) I did the inner tie rod myself, and attempted to bring it back without an appointment, but they were too busy. (5) I made an appointment and brought it back, but the alignment guy wasn't in that day, despite my appointment being specifically for an alignment. (6) My appointment was moved to the next day. They opened late again (their published hours said they opened at 7:30am, and at 8:05am, after my 8am appointment time, when I approached the door, the "open" light was off and the manager was sitting in the dark). It took them 2 hours to finally align the last wheel...and the car pulled in the opposite direction. Additionally, the lobby and then my car smelled of cannabis, and I'm pretty sure the manager coordinated some off-the-books work in exchange for a "tip" for another customer. Shady. Eventually, I took it to Richlen and Sons--it was cheaper than Monro's Groupon price. They did a good job, honored my appointment, and had me in and out in less than half an hour. Monro never redeemed my Groupon, either - so if you want it, let me know.

Went last weekend for new tires and purchased the tire package which includes alignment check. Had an appt for 8:30am but they didn’t see I had an appt on the books and I made that appt with the manager. They had my vehicle until 4:30pm. My issue is that my alignment was still slightly off and I called them and they said I declined the alignment which I did not and was never asked. I even told the guy my alignment was off when I brought my vehicle to them and he said they would check that as well.

Bought Groupon oil change for 31.99 and they wanted to charge an extra $75 for full synthetic which I don't need. Shame on Groupon and Monroe for this Bait and Switch. Stay away from this place.

I had a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change with tire rotation & filter. I made a 5pm appt for which I was 45 mins early for yet was still late getting in. Afterwards, they told me I had to pay the taxes because Groupon doesn't charge taxes & that the taxes HAVE TO BE PAID WITH THE SAME CREDIT CARD AS THE GROUPON PURCHASE, NO CASH! Well I paid with PayPal & I'm not putting $7 on a credit card. Fast forward to the next day, I'm headed to Chicago when I notice my oil notification on the dash had not been reset after the oil change & there was no tire rotation. When I called about that, I was told the tires were evenly worn & they JUSforgot yo reset the oil level but I could bring it back & they would do the reset. We'll, I was already on the road. How can you forget the reset when you do these all day everyday.

I made a phone appt came in and was told they didn’t have me on the books. Came back next day and was up charged for a full synthetic oil change and was told they don’t need to rotate tires due to me having AWD. So Untrue!!!! !!! Bottom line I left paying over $110 no tire rotate and could have gotten cheaper and better service at the dealer. I felt all Monro wanted to do was up charge and do little work.

Disappointing after taking my car to this location for at least 12 years, probably more. I had a trusted the work and individuals. No longer. Unnecessary work was done and had more noises (issues) with my car when they were done, I brought the car back to fix the issues....1 was fixed, the other, they said they could not find anything wrong. After that I took it to another shop, they found the bolts holding in one of the parts Monroe had just replaced were loose...2nd noise was then resolved when the other shop tightened the bolts Monroe left loose.

The location on Bluemound Road is very unprofessional. I went on Amazon and bought 4 new tires for my 2008 Jeep Commander and took it there to get them installed with specific instructions to keep the front two and toss the rear. Well, first off I dropped it off April 23rd @ noon and didn't ever receive a call to pick it up and I even called to check on it twice. My jeep was then returned after another call from me then returned on April 24th at 630pm with no apology. They even gave me 2 different tires with no regard for my specific instructions. Now I believe in grace, and gave them the benefit of doubt because years prior the service was identical and they was not cheap either. Pure disrespect and blatant 0 customer service. If you can, avoid them!!! #TheCOVID19OFMECHANICSHOPS Thank God, I'm changed maybe they should too!!!

I am deeply disappointed with the service my father received at your establishment. My father, who recently underwent a quadruple bypass and is still in a weakened state, had scheduled an appointment to have his tires replaced on Saturday, 1/27/24. Upon arriving for the scheduled appointment, we were informed that the tire replacement had to be rescheduled. The reason given was that the shop had taken on an unscheduled brake job without an appointment and only had one lift available, which was occupied by the unexpected brake job. It is disheartening to note that when the appointment was originally made, there was no inquiry about the type of vehicle or any indication that such scheduling conflicts might arise. This lack of foresight and consideration for customers' time and well-being is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of your establishment. Given my father's health condition, this situation has caused undue stress and inconvenience. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the organizational shortcomings to ensure a more customer-centric and efficient service in the future.
