This is for the store on S 27th in Milwaukee. I don’t know if ownership changed but this place is definitely not as good as it used to be. My parents drop off vehicle for a oil change. They drive about 5000 miles a year. They use this place for oil change last year and this time they could not even find them in computer and claiming they never been there. They also came up with long list of stuff that need attention like tires brakes all around, shocks and all suspension. Vehicle has a 50,000 miles and it went from excellent condition last year to basically being hazard on the road. When they start questioning, they told them they can leave. Needless to say they’re not going back here again. They also asked for full synthetic oil change, and they did synthetic bland so when they question why it was cheaper this time then last year they would not even talk to them. Really rude, definitely not a place we will be using again or recommending to anyone. The front desk staff was extremely rude, lacking basic courtesy and professionalism. Too bad because location is very convenient to us.

JR and his crew did a great job for us tonight. They got us in within 5mins of calling for 4 new tires. We were down to one car and the tires weren't holding air the other vehicle stalled at a gas station so we desperate. They gave us great prices and fast service. We are extremely greatful they were open and fit us in with such short notice. Big thanks to all the gentleman at Monro's tonight.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Monroe. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was turned away and told that online appointments are not foolproof, and they couldn’t provide the service. On my second attempt with a new appointment, I managed to get the service done, but the overall experience was terrible. The front desk staff was extremely rude, lacking basic courtesy and professionalism. He neither greeted me properly nor communicated respectfully throughout the process. After the service was completed, he continued to speak rudely. When I inquired about the additional charges, he dismissively told me not to return to this location and suggested I go to another store in the future. Furthermore, he aggressively demanded that I sign the bill, stating that if I didn’t, they wouldn’t release my car. The entire ordeal was humiliating and unnecessary. I will never visit Monroe again. Horrible experience!

They will over charge you and take advantage of you. Stay away at all cost. Will tell you one thing and do another and then say they never said that. Will cost you 3 times more than cost to them if not more. Will never deal with them or others associated with them.

Do not go there. They will rip you off. I have never experienced such an awful place in my life and I'm 53 years old. The guy at the counter (which he said that he was the owner) argued with me about services that I never asked for.

I dropped off my mom's van for an all tire mount and an alignment. Jr worked with me on pricing because I was quoted a different number from some lady. I suggest calling shop directly! Richard, the tech, did an outstanding job! Everything is perfect! The guys in the shop are very customer friendly, I could sit there and shoot the shit all day! Thanks guys for the best service!! Highly recommend!

I noticed I had a flat this morning. Told by different business it would be fixed after work but when I went to get it, was told I needed a new tire. Came to Monroe 1 hr before closing to see if they could help. JR took the time to look through all the price options & when it could be fixed. I was trying to figure out a ride situation for work tomorrow, when JR figured out on option where I could get decently priced tires AND get it done today!! Nick said he’d stay later if he had to. There was a nice waiting area to hang out in. After wards, JR explained to me what exactly Nick did. I can’t believe they were able to do this in such a short time frame. I HIGHLY recommend this business.

Last week I dropped my vehicle for tire rotation and after two hours they said it’s done. Before driving I noticed they haven’t done anything and lied to me. Then I checked with the front office, they were silent and mechanic was like I will check. Then he moved front to back and back to front without changing sides as it was needed on four wheel drive. It was fraud. Worst experience at a good place.

These guys were great, through and through! Got us in same day, when we had a nail in my fiancé Jeep. She was beyond stressed, but we got her over to Monro, and the guys took awesome care of her Jeep. Would come back here anytime!

today is Dec. 10th 2024 @ 10am, went here to make a deposit on tires that i wanted so they can order them and the tires would be in the next day. the guy, manning the front, was on the phone, told me it'll be a second, he's on the phone. so i waited and waited and waited and waited AND WAITED then i left. it sounded like he was on call with Joey, something about a p.o# is the year of the vehicle plus the name of the model vehicle plus the vin#.

Great place to start taking your vehicle to for maintenance. I like dealing with the crew at the 27th street location. Good guys. They will take care of you! Jim is a hell of a person and he takes the time to get your issues resolved. Honest and Knowledgeable. He seems to be passing his knowledge down to the guys in the shop in a respectful way! Great to see.. Hard come by shops with guys like this now days. Guys up front like the manager & Michael are down to earth and will work with you. PLEASE REMEMBER THESE GUYS DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC. That can be really difficult I would imagine. Be respectful and these guys will take care of you!

I came in I had a flat tire as soon I entered the place dude said Iam booked I was like it just need a batch he said I booked like it’s only a 10 min job. Not recommended. If they only want the big job you go down the street to the dealership and they do it for you and give you warranty

J.R. and Michael provided excellent service! My daughter had a flat tire and they checked their stock to be sure that had the proper tire we needed before we had car towed to them. Once we arrived, they were very friendly and worked us into their busy schedule to provide service. They even stayed open late to get the car fixed! My daughter was back on her way to her dorm within an hour. They were very efficient and the kind of people who work hard, with a smile. We will be using them in the future for tires and service. Great crew and business.

The staff was very helpful not only with me but with the other customers that stopped in. They actually questioned a potential oil change for a customer ... He was under the mileage to need one, helped the gentleman talk to the Toyota customer service and determined that his 1 st oil change had to be done by a dealer or his Warranty would be invalid...I have found my new car service shop.

You know I only came here because of the Groupon but immediately when we came in the guy sitting at the counter was rude. He’s a heavy set older man I didn’t get his name but either way. Immediately asked for the Groupon code which is fine but I asked what kind of oil does the car take before I purchased it. He was rude and told me whatever I purchased and I said I haven’t purchased it yet because I was unsure of what oil is needed in my car. Very rude just sighing at me asking a question I immediately purchased the one after he told me and the internet was taking forever to load but it took him almost 10 minutes to tell me what kind of oil I needed in my car but rushed me to pull up my code there was no one in the store. I did not like his attitude at all he needs to be checked . It’s your job as being the first person I walk in here and see is to be nice and greeting not rude and dismissive.

I had a pretty severe brake issue that came on you can say pretty quickly they were very open to letting me bring the vehicle in at a very late hour close to their closing time they were able to look at it and diagnose it and help with the best pricings possible they were very considerate and patient I would definitely recommend to anybody who needs at brake work done and if you want good customer service as well

I visited Monro today to help fix my tires. They were super helpful and honest about what was wrong with my car. They gave me multiple suggestions to help me save the most money and most importantly cared for my safety. I would 100% recommend going to this place to have your car serviced because of the amazing customer service they gave me when I visited.

What a blessing it is to find Monro. I was in dire need to get my tire balances. I had got my rim replaced at a different place, but they didn't balance the tire. My car was shaking so bad on the highway that I knew I needed it fixed. I called this site, and they were able to squeeze me in (it was late). They found out why it was shaking and balanced the tire. I'm so truly thankful, and from this experience, they earned a customer. It's worth the drive to get good quality service. God bless yall and thank you very much.

Had a tire with a huge, long screw in it. Called over to Monro Auto Service and they said they would try and help even though they were coming up on closing time. Drove up and Dale took it from there. Removed the screw and patched the tire in about 20 minutes. Dale made it seem like it was nothing but in that moment, to me, it meant everything. Truly. I have a lot going on right now and I need a car in good working order. I will be using Monto Auto Services for all my car needs from here on out. They are good people.

It was my first time here. I was very happy with the service they provided. They were able to service my Jeep right away. I had my stem valve replaced, which saved me a lot of money because F&F TIRES told me I needed a new tire. I'm never going there again. This place is worth a try. Nice job, guys. Thank you Monro Auto and all mechanics for taking care of my truck. Even though I thought I had a simple brake change, my truck decided to have a mind of its own, and they didn’t let me leave it with until they could make sure it was safe to drive. It took a bit longer than expected, but worth the wait. Thank you very much for making sure it was safe. I’ll return for future service.

The three times I have been to Monro the guys were helpful and accomodating. The first visit was for tires after 2 flats on the highway in 2 months time (on good tires😡) they got me into new tires in the middle of a snow storm as quickly as possible. These last 2 times they got me in in a pinch for oil changes/tire rotations and safety checks on some of my concerns before hitting the road on last minute unexpected road trips. The man (JR or JD?) at the front desk was friendly and answered our questions effectively. At my last visit, Dale was easy to talk to about any findings with my vehicle as well.
