Ed and Steve were very knowledgeable and helpful with replacing my wheel hub bearing and bad lug nuts. He even stayed late after for me to make sure I had my car for work on time. They also pointed out future problems that need to be addressed. Definitely recommend this spot to take care of your problems

I have called the store and took and appointment for 2pm from wheel alignment, when i reached the store the guy there is like we need to inspect the vehicle for doing wheel alignment you need and you need to pay for that and when i said i already paid on groupon they were like we don’t have a technician available here please go to 96th street store to get it done and i travelled there and there the store guy said they alignment machine not working u paid for them its waste of my money and had to go to some other shop and get it done this is the most unprofessional and wasted my day on them go to better store however you are paying

I was charged $330 for a battery that was improperly installed. My car stopped working twice on busy streets the same day and I had to pay another $100 for the proper install at a Nissan dealer.

Wonderful experience at this Monro Auto Service Center. Went in for an oil change and a tire alignment and, before charging me for the alignment, they said that they wanted to make sure that it was necessary. I enjoyed conversing with Ed while I waited for them to finish working on my van. Would highly recommend this service center to anyone who's looking for an honest, reliable place to bring their car. Thank you!

The shop was able to take my car in and replace brakes on a busy Saturday. Great customer service. They did a thorough job of explaining what my car needed and what my options were. I will return. Thanks again!

Terrible customer experience. On the phone with an Indonesian call center for 30 minutes. Got booked for the wrong day. Tried charging me for my free tire alignment…Didn’t even check my tire pressure. They left me at dangerously low levels(15-25 psi!!!) Don’t waste your time coming here

I love how ED the assistant manager and the manager was understanding of me purchasing the wrong Groupon coupon and they made sure I was well taken care of I will be back and the way they handled my situation was so wonderful..

Showed up close to close with blown brakes, staff were very helpful and who I believe was the manager helped with the price when the part didn't come in time for me to go home. Edward Robinson was also very helpful and friendly when I came to pick up the car the next day. Highly recommend this auto shop for those in need of car maintenance!

Ed Robinson was exceptional today. He was patient and educational when helping me pick out the best oil change option. Even with only 2 hours before closing he was able to get me in last minute with no issues. Ed also gave me the best advice on what would work for my car and my pockets. I appreciate the very friendly and timely service he provided me today. Will definitely come back just off Ed’s customer service alone very honest and hard working.

Jeeps owners beware !!!!!!!!!!I had a problem with my Oil filter, housing fuel pressure hose.. I went to Monroe to get this repaired. I was charged $1403 for the unit connected to the unit is the oil pressure sensor that was not placed on at the same time of the repair for the unit. now my engine light is back on saying that my oil pressure sensor is needing to be replaced. I was informed that he did not replace it and he wants to charge me another $600 for the sensor and it should be insured. I contact corporate and corporate is refusing to honor the warranty jeeps beware they will tear your baby apart!!!!!

Love this place, and have come here for a few years now with multiple vehicles. Steve is an absolute legend, and Alex and Ed have also been really great to work with. They invite you onto the floor and show you issues so that you can see them with your own eyes and understand what’s going on. Super kind, honest, and competent, which is unfortunately a rare combination in places like this.
