Driving home from work, I noticed my car sounding like it was dragging something. So I went to Monro auto shop on beechmont and I was assisted and serviced with no hesitation. The team did an awesome job with resolving the issue and the tech allowed me to get a visual of the problem.Great staff ,friendly, and knowledgeable! Very happy with the service performed today !Thank you Again !

Bryan, Kristen and Chris are amazing! The TLC they put into my car (my hoopty) and guidance for safety on the road, and just overall customer service today was incredible and above and beyond. Felt so personable. Will be a forever returning customer. Thank you!

I normally hate going to get my car fixed, but Brian and his team did an amazing job and made the process super easy with my tires! I had a nail in my tire and needed it replaced and they were able to get me in and out in an hour. I probably would’ve had to pay double the price anywhere else but Brian was able to hook me up with a good deal! Can’t thank them enough and now I’m a lifelong customer, thank you again!

What an amazing experience. I made an appointment to get a flat taken care of. Due to some issues with the scheduling system, he was kind enough to not only call me, but he remembered me when I came in and told him what I needed. Despite being incredibly busy, he got me in and taken care of swiftly. I am now going to be a return customer and would recommend this location to anyone in need of honest, good service. We were very pleased with the service at Monro. As an evening walk in customer, we were able to get two new tires, a new battery and an oil change. Bryan even called Auto Zone to get our battery covered under warranty. They delivered a new battery within the hour. We will be back!

Came in to have my tire looked at as I had something in it. They were able to fix it and get me on my way very quickly. Very friendly and clean shop. Would highly recommend.

Found a leak from an unexpected screw in my tire while on the road to run weekend errands. I knew I didn't have much time before I had a full-on flat, so started calling tire places in the area. Monro was able to get me in that same morning and provided fast and friendly service while repairing my tire. Would be happy to take my car there again.

Had new tires installed here that were bought from a third party and sent to this Monro location. I'd definitely recommend coming here for work with your tires. The staff was nice, and the manager went out of his way to make sure my car would get taken are of. BTW, a note that if you have a Tesla (and possibly other EVs as well), it's worth having on hand Tesla-specific jack pads. Just search for it on Amazon and you'll see what they are and why they're needed. The Tesla car manual doesn't mention it, but they can be important.

I own a 2017 Toyota Tacoma. My brakes started grinding indicating that I needed a brake change. Wasn’t sure of the timing on when I would be able to get it taken care of due to it being Thanksgiving eve. Beechmont Monro even though being very busy understood my situation with the brakes and worked me in quickly. The professional service was outstanding and put me at ease with the work that was being performed on my truck. I will be back for other services needed. Jeff 😃

Brian, the manager, is always helpful and willing to help out his customers at this shop. Sitting in the waiting area you can hear that he wants what’s best for the driver. He educates the driver and has them make their own decision.

Beechmont Monroe Auto Service and Tire Center made quick diagnosis of my care problem and added me in getting to work on time. Instead of replacing a starter as I was told by some other place. It came down to it just being a battery. Brian Burger and his Tech were very attentive to my situation. I have scheduled an oil change as well as car health check up. Full synthetic.

My car was shutting down and running funny. I stopped by and two co-workers Brian and Jake greeted me immediately and diagnosed the problem. Me thinking the worst said it was just a battery and they were able to take me right away and within 30 min or less I was out the door and running great. I definitely will go back because I trust them not to sell me something I don’t need . Thank you for taking care of me

I had a fantastic experience at Monro Auto Service Centers! They repaired my tires quickly and provided excellent service throughout the process. The staff members were friendly, professional, and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. I stopped in to monro tire/anderson on a weds late afternoon/evening, just before 7pm - due to a nail in my tire, looking for a patch. Brian, stopped wat he was doing, and listened to my needs. He was honest, and accommodated my need to get tire fixed asap, serting up an appointment first thing the next morming. This was a huge help and relief for me as I use my car for my job. The mechanic was thorough and although I needed 2 new tires, longer-term, I'm set for now. Thanks to a great service shop -- and getting me out of a jam with my best interest in mind. Keep up the great work 👍 and I'll be back to see you all for future service. 😁

I was having issues with my tire going flat and we called to make an appointment here. They were able to get us in within the next hour and was able to identify what was causing the issue as well as fixing the issue. They had us in and out and I would 100% recommend Monro Beechmont to others. The customer service was also 5 stars as well.

Try every tire retailer up and down Beechmont before you talk to Brian at Monro. The care,pricing and professionalism that we received were outstanding and I'm a Tire Discounter credit card holder. Balancing and alignment were part of the package. Very impressed with all of the changes at this location.
