I needed repairs and was having difficulty finding the time to take my vehicle into a shop. Monkey Wrench came to me and had everything I need done in just a few hours. Additionally, they went over my vehicle condition with me in person and explained everything to me in language I was able to understand. Great service!

Very professional and chill. Reasonable pricing. My cars check engine light was flashing and they had fixed it for me pretty quick. They were the only ones with the soonest availability and they were very quick. They figured out immediately it was a misfire and some bad wiring. Easy fix and I was able to get to work on Monday.

John came out to inspect my Honda CRV after I was told by another auto shop that several issues needed to be fixed. After getting a second opinion from John, I realized I had been misled—the initial shop recommended unnecessary repairs that would have cost me a lot of money. The people I delt with were outstanding 👏 I had a starter replaced , I called network auto in mesa and they gave me a quote for 820.00 then big O 650.00 I called Monkey wrench because my daughter had such a good experience so, they gave me a quote for 329.00 plus tax and they would be there the following day. They were there at the time they said they would and the young mN was very nice.the job took no time at all.I believe i will go to no other . THANK YOU SO MUCH

On point. replaced my starter literally as i ran inside and made the call to monkey wrench to get the invoice and count the money as i had forgot to pay online but they were kind enough to except payment in cash although not preferred. When i got back it was already replaced only needed to tighten 2 bolt i was pretty impressed plus it wasnt all that expensive. Nice & professional group of guys . Thumb up for sure

The shop I use to do oil changes said my radiator was leaking. Said it needed replaced asap. They quoted me 1500. Knowing that the part was about 200 and it took about 5 hours to do the job. I knew the estimate was high. At 5 am i called a few mobile repairs to leave a message. To my surprise Carl from monkey wrench actually answered the phone. I explained the situation and he said we'll be there by 9am. It turned out it was not the radiator at all but instead it was the water pump. Theses guys are not only good but honest. Use the expertise with confidence. Excellent work. Fair price. Honest. And military guys. I always try and support military personal.

Monkey wrench mechanic Jacob showed up and repaired my harmonic balancer when I was stranded in a Walgreens parking lot. He didn’t have any openings when I called but was able to get to me quickly in my time of need and get me back on the road in less just about an hour!Very professional and transparent service all the way around! 10/10 would recommend

I had Monkey Wrench come out today because I thought the starter was bad on my Honda Pilot. I am in clinicals I cannot miss and have family coming over the weekend and was a bit panicked I wouldn't be able to fix it in time. He assured me they'd work with me to have it fixed by then and order parts to have it done if needed. They we at my house within 15 minutes and diagnosed within another 10 minutes. It ended up being my battery and they said if it was under warranty they could pick it up and install it. My warranty was directly through Honda so I ended up driving there but I was very impressed with both the professionalism and the quick response and diagnosis. We will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them. 👌

One of the best mechanic experiences I’ve had. Jacob was efficient with his communication when it came to diagnosing my car and he kept me updated on the status of my car part that needed to be shipped. Once it was here, Jacob and Kenny went to work right away and had my car fixed in no time. Shoutout to Nate and Jacob as well for helping my friend with her car when they first arrived! They really did make it Easy! Their team was very professional! I had a last minute scheduling conflict and they were able to pick up my car from my driveway. When I ended up getting the wrong part for my vehicle, Jacob went above and beyond to find the right part by going to the dealership and getting the right parts.
