Frank was able to help me out with a very good used tire. He let me know when I got there that there were some cars ahead of me so to come back in 40min , I live just down the road so I chilled at home for a bit and when I came back he was ready for me and got to work right away. Very professional and quick, he changed my tire and balanced it, and I was on my way. Thank you again!!

As a women I like this shop and highly recommend it because I don’t feel like I am being taken advantage like at other mecanic shops I have been to. Their prices are reasonable, especially during these economic times. I have never had an issue with them, they are honest and friendly. Also, this is my place to get my inspection, it’s fast and no waiting!

Don't go to this place, super irresponsible with the hours, supposedly they opened at 8:30 and it was 10:30 and I kept waiting, incredible, for that reason businesses are going bankrupt

Used to love this shop but made a appointment to take my car in today at 10 bc they were too busy Wednesday when I called. so went and waited for someone to open shop. Then guy then tells me their too busy and can’t help me! Why tell me to bring it in if you can’t help me. Wasted time and gas!

Do not go to this place! They charge $15 to take a nail out of your tire. Which is fine prices are going up everywhere. But what I didn't like is that the guy added a $5 tip on his own without asking me. I really would prefer to decide what tip amount will be left. Maybe he did it because I was a female who knows but go elsewhere! Total for nail/tire repair minimum is $20.

For now I am happy with the service I been getting on my truck which has big rim and he is able to service them with no problem and did a great job on the alignment. There is only one man working on the Tires side and he works really hard and he always let me know if I need other repairs and never try to sale me anything, but does bring it to my attention. So far a good business i would recommend and his prices are good and average to other shop.

I stopped here today for repair of my spare tire which had a nail in it. The tire was patched, but when the employee was putting the spare back, he was not careful and he snapped the cable holding the tire. He was in a rush and blamed it on a rusty part. Now I must get a totally new assembly to hold the spare under the car for $300. If the employee had just taken the time to figure it out, aren’t they supposed to know what they are doing?? I am very disappointed in this business.

I wish I could give more stars. My tire went flat and I was in a rush so I stopped at Moncada. There were 4 or 5 people there getting various things done and I thought I would be slowed down by at least an hour. The service was extremely fast (maybe 20 minutes), communicative and he could have easily ripped me off. He didn’t and I appreciate that. I highly recommend this shop as an honest and hard-working small business.
