Edit: 01/25. We did buy a BMW out of state and used Momentum for an inspection once we got it home. Just like while looking for a vehicle, they were great to work with. We used them for routine maintenance and were always pleased. We are currently in the market for another BMW and Matt has been just as helpful as before. My wife and I were looking at an used BMW X5 diesel. Before visiting the dealership I called and spoke with Matt about common problems I might need to look for on the specific model. After we talked I planned to take the vehicle in for an inspection if we decided to buy it. Timing didn't work out for me to take it in but after test driving the vehicle I had some concerns and called to talk with Matt again. He was very helpful and offered to take a test drive with me. It sure was nice getting the opinion of someone that wasn't trying to sell me something. There is no doubt if we buy a BMW or Mercedes we will take it to them for service. On a side note, they have a really nice facility too.

Momentum Motorworks is the absolute best. They are very customer service-oriented, highly professional, and their pricing is good. I drive from New Orleans all the way to their center to get my car serviced so that should help speak to their reputation. Taylor, in particular, is always great to work with. If you haven't yet, give them a call. You'll be more than pleased.

I have been taking my BMW to Momentum Motorworks for 10 years now and the service and workmanship has always been stellar. But during my most recent visit, they out did themselves. For the last 2 years they have let me know that I had a small, but growing leak, in my oil pan gasket. They quoted me the work which was pretty pricey, but they told me it could wait and that they would let me know when it was getting urgent. During my last oil change in the summer of 2024 they mentioned it was getting worse, but if I needed to, I could go one more oil change before replacing it. Recently I noticed oil on my garage floor so I scheduled an oil change and the replacement gasket. Although it’s been 2 years since the original quote, and both labor and materials have gone up, they honored the price they quoted 2 years ago. Amazing!!! In addition, I needed a new battery which brought the price tag up a bit so I decided to postpone changing the engine filter and new wiper blades. While driving the car home yesterday, it started to rain. That’s when I noticed the new wipers. I decided to look at my receipt and noticed that they replaced my wipers and engine filter at no-charge. They didn’t even mention it. They knew the weather was going to get worse and my safety is what mattered to them most. The engine filter is just another example of the above and beyond service you can expect from Matt and the team at Momentum Motorworks.

Absolutely the best! Todd our daughters car there after dealer told us they couldn’t get to it for 2 weeks. They fixed it in one day and knew exactly where to start looking for the problem. Everyone was so helpful!! They have won our business 2’d referrals!!

Momentum is the best! I had several complicated issues with my BMW Z4. They discovered the cause of problems that were mis-diagnosed by another shop. Matt explained each in detail and gave excellent advice on which issues we needed to repair ASAP and which could wait. He also went above and beyond, coordinating to complete a complex convertible top repair. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. I highly recommend Momentum for your BMW service needs!

I purchased my first Audi over the summer and was worried to death when it came down to maintenance. I called the shop and was easily able to make an appointment. Mary, Taylor, and Matt were very kind and patient with me whenever I had a question. I appreciate the fact that they called me to get my approval prior to doing the additional services they recommended beyond what I had come in for. Personable, thorough service is how I’d sum it up. Definitely will be returning for future oil changes and diagnostic checks. Thanks guys!

Momentum has performed services and repairs on Audi Q3 and previously on my Q5 and have been honest, transparent on costs, great at communicating inspection results, and performed quality work on par or better than the dealership. The best independent German car shop in the area and highly recommend.

They were excellent with communicating with me about discovering additional mechanical problems concerning my Mercedes -Benz. Momentum is truly a great place for Mercedes -Benz services & repairs. Rory is an amazing owner with many years working in the automotive industry, backing his self-made business. Mary is so sweet, hardworking, and the true backbone & mama bear of the shop. The guys are all extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Vince is my technician, and his level of expertise and credible workmanship; the way he can explain a repair in the most simple and easy to understand ways is the reason I'd never take my car anywhere else.

We were having an issue with our car but it wasn’t showing a check engine light. I’m sure if we had taken it to the dealer they would have just turned us around. Momentum had it figured out in no time and had it back to us the same day. I’ll be using them again if any other issues show up.

I can’t say anything about the technician since I decided not to bring my BMW there after talking to the receptionist. I called and asked if I could bring my car in the next day. Apparently that (or my strong overseas accent) caused the receptionist to respond like this “ You mean that you want to make an appointment and we have a spot next week” I appreciate the fact that she told me what I meant. Next thing I wanted to know if there were any costs involved for checking the problem? “Yes $150” which she said twice. I thanked her for the information and she replied “hmm hmm/uh uh” and without a goodbye hanged up the phone. So I will drive my 17 miles to bring my car and money to my own mechanic because I do appreciate great communication and customer service which in my humble opinion also starts when answering a phone.

I highly recommend that you visit momentum over the dealer. The dealer will give you very little in the way of diagnosis, and they certainly will not evaluate the car for free. At Momentum, they gave me a complete look at my car, recommended services, and they let me know the price before. I'll be back

I want to give the biggest strongest recommendation for Momentum Motorworks!!! They are the best and most customer focused BMW and other import car repair shop I have ever found. They do everything possible to make the customer happy and are very technically competent and honest. If anyone has ANY repair needs for your import vehicle I would go to them for certain. Miss Mary is great and Taylor is one of the owners. Great place!!!

Matt and the rest of the team are incredible. My car was in rough shape and Matt was able to fit me in the schedule and diagnosis my car during the week of Christmas. My car had a bunch of problems and Matt walked me through everything throughly and with great detail. Never once did I feel like I was being sold or pressured with products. My car was on its last leg and instead of pushing me to fix the car, Matt and the team helped me get my car in the best condition to sell free of charge. Momentum gained a customer for life in this transaction and I strongly encourage you to make the same choice for a mechanic as I did. Momentum Motorworks is a first class bmw service shop. I was very impressed with the customer service. Mary and Mat were very helpful in providing information concerning repairs for my vehicle. I got calls to keep me updated when my car would be ready. I would recommend this company to anyone needing services on their BMW.

They diagnosed exactly what was wrong with my Audi A5 brakes. Fixed what others had messed up and only replaced what was needed using actual Audi parts. Lesson learned, places who use aftermarket parts who charge less will cost you in the long run. Momentum told me in advance they would only be using Audi parts. Even did me a favor and getting rid of a squeak in my trunk. All around great employees who worked faster than expected

We have been taking my car to Momentum for a couple of years and have worked with Taylor. They are always professional and thorough. This time, we worked with Matt. He was great also and very responsive to us on repairs to my daughter's vehicle. He made sure to explain everything thoroughly and worked with us since the car had several problems. This was a used vehicle we recently purchased and wanted to make sure it was thoroughly looked at and all repairs made to provide a safe car for our daughter. The guys ordered the parts and did the work quickly to get the car back to us earlier than they had quoted. Great experience working with Momentum.

I purchased my 2007 BMW X3 in August, 2018. From the beginning, I have put my trust in Momentum Motorworks for all of my maintenance and service needs. One of the best decisions I ever made. The staff is always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Mary is “Top Notch” on the front end. The first person to greet you in person or on the phone, she is always polite and helpful. My service advisor, Matt Thomas far exceeded my expectations. Matt contacted me quickly to review in detail the inspection report and to make arrangements to get my service completed. My last visit on January 12, 2023 called for multiple extensive repairs. Matt committed to having my car back to me in four days. To my surprise and delight, I had my car back in 24 hours. Matt delivered on the repairs and cost we discussed. My 16 year old “baby” is running like new. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Matt, Junior Grant (Technician), and Mary for a job well done!

Matt was/is amazing!! He thoroughly went over what was found and provided options on how to handle the findings. I never felt rushed on the phone and he also gave time to think about what we wanted to do. The cost of the repairs aren’t the cheapest, but they aren’t the most expensive either. One thing you will get for your money is honesty along with knowing that you will have technicians repair your vehicle that truly know what they are doing.

This place is the biggest blessing! I was so afraid when I brought my car in for the first time a few years ago. Ms. Mary was amazing! She was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable being there. The gentleman who work there have always been very transparent and upfront with what was needed for both of my BMWs. They are still consistently amazing every day. I could not ask for better service.

Very pleased with the repairs, price and overall customer experience. We have three older-model Mercedes ranging in age from 23 years old to 38 years old. I took our 27-year-old S-Class in for some maintenance and repairs as I’d been searching for a new shop. Momentum will be where we go from here on out. Matt was incredible to work with, and I’ve had the car back for a week now with no issues whatsoever with the repairs performed. They even did a couple extras. That’s earned my loyalty, and I’ll be returning to Momentum for more maintenance items on all three Benzes over time.
