Don’t honor their warranties. Go to them at your own risk. Edit #2: I finally got around to trying to fix the power steering leak myself since Modern Diesel refuses to warranty their work. Turns out they lost the o-ring off of the power steering hose that goes to the steering box they installed. I’m out the $125 for the new hose. I think they owe me for that and the considerable power steering fluid I’ve had to add since the day I left their shop originally. Edit: it’s now 10 months later and I’m less pleased with this shop. I took my truck there to fix leaks but now I am losing more oil than before and I have a power steering leak I didn’t have previously. Work was in June 2022. I’ve been trying to get the truck in for them to see since September 2022. Now they say I’m out of warranty, which is technically true, but I’ve been calling them about three leaks since august 2022 inside warranty). The issue was I immediately took the truck on a trip after the work. So it was over the mileage warranty when it returned. But I have been on the phone with them about these leaks since it was inside the warranty. It’s leaking oil from where they fixed leaks. And it’s leaking power steering fluid from a connection they made. Both should be under warranty. Additionally, weirdly, a month after I left the shop I realized my hubs were mangled and ruined. They had been hammered all the way around. The only place this truck had been out of my 24/7 care was this shop. I think they damaged them when they replaced the boots. They assure me they’d never damage hubs like that. But I think it was them. I did not notice this before I left the shop though, so can’t prove anything. But I’m out the $450 for new hubs plus the $1000 they say it would cost to fix the two leaks I’ve got. I’ll take it to a new shop. Original review: They worked on my 1999 7.3 power-stoke. Fixed oil leaks and fixed up the steering. Nice guys, timely work. Seems like they know their stuff. Great customer service.

Called them to fix our f550. My guys ran it to empty and we could not get it primed. I have a big project I need it for and called them first time. They took truck same day and had it fixed running beautifully in hours. Great communication. excellent service. I will use in all our trucks

Great guys/gal took care of my highly modified f250 before hunting season. Thought I had serious issue possibly bad fuel. They ran diagnostics and to my liking nothing major. Preciate yall!

I called Chris at modern diesel and he told me to come on over. They did my preventative maintenance and the whole experience was great. The mechanics are knowledgeable and the office staff is friendly and helpful.

I initially left a one-star review due to some frustrating mishaps during the diagnostic process for my husband's diesel truck. However, I'm updating this review to acknowledge the excellent customer service provided by Chris and Chance. They were professional and courteous throughout the entire ordeal. The owner also reached out personally to apologize and ensure our concerns were addressed. It's clear they value customer satisfaction and were genuinely committed to resolving the issue. While the initial experience was less than ideal, the subsequent efforts to rectify the situation were commendable

I needed repairs done to the radiator on a 20year old motorhome. Most shops I had been calling eather wouldn’t work on a motorhome or wouldn’t work on chassis issues. The guys at Modern Diesel had no problems fixing my issues and working with me on my timeline for the repairs.

I'm glad I found these guys on Google broke down on side of the road service truck arrive quickly they got me fixed up to get off the road and back to there shop I recomend any one that has semi and needs fixed up call these guys

Starter on my F250 died on me without any warning. I called Modern Diesel and they said they could get started on it right away. Once I got it towed in they started working on it literally within 3 minutes, and a couple hours later it was finished, for a pretty good price too. I am so grateful. These guys are awesome!

After going to several diesel shops, i called this place. I explained the issue over the phone and he told me what he thought was wrong with it and guess what... He was right!!! Blew my mind. My issue is fixed. It wasnt what the other shops claimed it to be. So happy with this place. Chance is great, knowledgeable, and explains things in ways for nonmechanics to understand. Definitely recommend this place.

I was passing through town and got a brake warning on my bus. I had some extra concern because I'm headed for the Utah Mountains next. They were able to get me in quickly and resolve my issue on the same day. Very nice folks.

Kerry and the techs at Modern Diesel really took care of me on this one. A two day turnaround on diesel repairs is unheard of. So happy they got my work truck back on the road quickly. Will definitely be using them in the future!
