I was recommended by another shop and a friend. Frank is extremely knowledgeable on all cars, but especially European cars. I bring my Mini Cooper to him and he gave me great service,an honest overall appraisal of my car and on time. I highly recommend Frank and Mobiletech Auto Repair.

A coworker recommended this place and I must say biggest mistake, they had my car for 5 weeks, for one, they did not even come close to fixing my car and $408.00 later they changed the sensors in my Audi (that did not fix it) and the crazy part was when I got my car back the inside was dirty, seat was not how I left it and found left over food. After that nightmare experience I took my car to another mechanic and they fixed it on the second day of it being there. NEVER AGAIN! People do you homework before taking your car to just anywhere. I got robbed, but lesson learned.

I was referred to Lionel by my old mechanic (I won't mention any names here). I was told by my old mechanic shop that I had a problem with the transmission and they wouldn't be able to do that kind of work. Frank at Mobiletech took a look at my Mercedes and in less than a minute was able to properly diagnose the problem (not saying that every problem is this easy to diagnose, I was just lucky). It was the alternator. I dropped my car off on Monday and it was ready to be picked up by Tuesday. I will never go to another shop for as long as I'm able to go to Mobiletech.

My truck is not a popular vehicle with many of the shops or mechanics that I spoke with in the Sarasota area. Fortunately one of the last men referred me to Mobiletech Auto Repair and within the week I was able to pickup my old Land Rover Discovery and enjoy driving it with all cylinders firing for the 1st time since purchasing it in October of 2020.I won't ding the previous shops or mechanics but I will say that it was refreshing to be treated with courtesy and kept in the loop by Lionel the service manager and also given a service estimate before the work started that they honored when I picked up the truck. I noticed many different vehicles of many vintages in the lot which indicated that they have a well rounded level of experience working on many different brands and vintages of vehicles and they are very friendly people 😀. Maybe they will be a good fit for you as well. I will be taking my truck back in the future as it is like it's owner older with high mileage

I have been using Mobile Tech for about 8 years. They have worked on my Porsche BoxsterS, 2006 SAAB 93 Aero, 2010 Ford Escape, Audi A5, 1969 Cougar, and more. Always the best in service, price, and knowledge. I'll admit, the lot is crowded, but it is the only place I will take my cars. I have referred others and everyone is pleased with the work and the price. Highly recommend!

Greetings folks, I am a brand new client to Mobile Tech. I chose this shop for four, (4) reasons. #1. I was referred by (3) mechanic shops in the same neighborhood of Mobile Tech, Their competition! #2. I did my homework. Overwhelmingly, the Shop and the support staff are consistently acknowledged for their trustworthiness, and most importantly, The HONESTY, which speaks volumes to me. Honesty in a service business can make or break a business, Mobile Tech has a long history of staying in business. Very important. #3. I was seeking a Mechanic who was knowledgeable about European auto services and repair. They were, #4. I was able to speak to the Owner, Frank before I delivered my vehicle. Frank was friendly, professional and knowledgeable in European auto repair. After the initial conversation, I felt confident and comfortable. I chose carefully as I myself am knowledgeable about auto repair, I’ve hand built three Classic show winner cars after retirement, from the ground up. I am an accomplished 1st class welder/Fabricator, and was trained as a Wheeled Vehicle mechanic , Specialist, 63B20 ,in Military Service during the Viet Nam Era. I also am a retired Career Law enforcement officer, I worked Municipal, County , State and Federal Law Enforcement inc. Duty as a Special Deputy U.S. Marshall’s Office. I’ve certainly seen and heard the nightmare show many times over visa Vie Repair Shops. I chose Mobile Tech based on the excellent reviews in which the trustworthiness and Honest services provided by this business has obviously worked hard to maintain and keep, which rang thru loud and clear! I am looking forward to forging a long future relationship with this shop. I do carefully choose based on popular public review and Peer referral both of which serve as a barometer of excellence. I have to say this is the most honest shop, I have ever dealt with! Frank, is very clear on what needs to be done and then gives a detailed estimate for the repair work. What I wasn't expecting was him to start the service and see that a couple things he thought needed to be done, didn't. To my shock, I got a phone call after everything was done saying Frank found things that he didn't need to do and to do them would be stealing from you, so he didn't! Saved me over $1,000.00. What a refreshing thing to meet honest people in the car industry. I wish I lived in Florida because I would only use this shop for all my car needs!

I've been taking all my vehicles to mobile tech and Its been great. Frank is very HONEST and even when my transmission was stuck he told me that something was stuck there when other shops would probably say you need a new transmission. It ended up to be a small fix $200. I highly recommend and trust them.

Frank and his team tackled a job that four other shops either failed to complete or refused to take on. The hood release cable of my 2004 Audi S4 was broken and the hood was locked down. They released the hood, replaced the cable, reset a check engine light, and changed my oil. The job was done correctly, quickly, and with friendly service. I will use this shop again and recommend you give them a try.

Arrogant over the phone , Asked them if they could diagnose my AUDI... horrible attitude towards the questions I was asking, Comes back to tell me they're "Booked" until the new year … then goes into detail about Audis are problematic and his MECHANICS.... don't want to work on my EUROPEAN car... Highly recommend you avoid this place and do not do business with . Sad part is I was RECCOMENDED by a friend … 35 years of horrible customer service with a little bit of bs lies is basically Mobile Tech .
