Wow worst company I've ever dealt with the mechanic was spot on but Mitch is very unprofessional 1700.00 scam also look at the good reviews on this profile Mitch Peterson leaves a review for his own company what does that tell you and their payment system that they use is very unprofessional they even threatened to tow my truck because I couldn't get money over into my venmo and would not take a debit card

Mitch is great. We call him anytime we have extra work. He has the latest software in everything. Always honest and affordable. Has gotten us out of a bind many times. Good guys.

Mitch was great. Fast. And prompt. Service contract stated prices. He wasted no time getting us back on the road. Will use these guys any time we are in East Tennessee. Sad people leave bad reviews. These guys earn their dollar for sure.

SCAMMERS! $950 for bringing 30 gallons of diesel for my truck who ran out of fuel. I was told they charge $135 service call and $135 an hour. When I said I am not paying $950 for one hour of your work. Mechanic forced my driver out of the truck pulled out truck keys and threatened to tow the truck. Also my truck was only 5 miles away from their location but they charged me for 40 miles. STAY AWAY from this mobile service. There’s a lot of other mobile services in the area. Don’t get ripped off by these people! I hope they will be out of business soon.

The worst mobile repair in Knoxville area don’t call this guy is going ripp you off if come to you and do nothing still you going pay him otherwise he going csll the police 👮 or he brother towing company ! Please trust me this he robbed us yesterday he out for fuel he added 5 gallons and he said 30 gallons he charged us all most thousand dollars within 2 hours he even took my picture without my permission I didn’t have much time but would call the police for that anyway that’s the story what happened to me yesterday July 12 2024.

We had a truck break down in the Knoxville area and Mitch helped us with our emergency. He got us back on the road at a good price. He was super knowledgeable about the issue and provided great service. Highly recommend.
