Definitely GREATER than 5 star service!! If you're down with a flat and no spare....You have found a very fast and affordable solution. Call them now! My new driver, son, called to tell me that he had a blow out on 45 south. Fortunately he was able to navigate off the Freeway and onto the feder road and into a parking lot. I then received the bad news that there was not a spare tire in the trunk. What to do now?? Its 5pm Sunday evening and all the tire shops around town are closing or have already closed. He called Firestone, that was 3 mins away just find out that a new tire from them was going to be $237.00 and he needed to figure out how to get the car or wheel to them because they didn't offer mobile service. When I heard that I quickly Google searched mobile tire repair, spoke to the nice woman that answered the phone, whom was also very calming and patient with me only being able to provide her with little information since I wasn't onsite. Son texted me the tire size and dropped a Google location pin of where he was, I forwarded the text to (Lara?), within 2 mins she had an eta and also prices for mobile tire replacement with new tire price and used tire price. We went with the used tire price only because the future plan of the tire will be a spare. Check this out....The technician had my son back on his route back out to Galveston for his senior prom weekend within 30 mins of initial phone call to them AND the total price was still less than the cost of a tire that Firestone was offering. I never would have thought that things would go so smoothly. Thank you all!! Excellent customer service, quality work, super fast response, and very affordable especially when so many times companies take advantage of customers during vulnerable times. We were treated as if we were long time customers of theirs. Thank you so much. 2001 Nissan Maxima 225/50r/17 (front driver side replaced, used per our request) <30 min total time from call to completion (Nascar time!!) All for < $200.00. Unbelievable! Your phone number has been saved in both my son's phones including mine. Hopefully we won't need your services again however if we do, I KNOW we will be taken care of in similar fashion.

Good service came out on a holiday and charge regular rate . Was very helpful and repair the tire without running rate up. Love’s tried to charge $750 to replace the and it didn’t even need replacing just had a valve stem leak

Had a blow out on my Motorhome while driving on Interstate 10 in Houston. Lady who answered phone was very helpful, found a replacement tire and said they would be there within 40 minutes. Tech arrived early and had our repair done and us back on the road in 30 minutes. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. All fairly priced. Company is highly recommended.

I had a flat tire, and unfortunately my car has no spare or donut. I also didn’t have run flat tires, so having a mobile tire service come straight to me, and put on a brand new tire was definitely worth it. The price for a new tire, and the service was honestly pretty reasonable too. It was same day service, and they arrived within an hour or so from the time I called. Plus, it only took around 30 min from their arrival to have my vehicle road ready once again. The turnaround time was actually less than 2 hours from start to finish. I’d use this service again if I ever found myself in a similar situation, and I’d strongly recommend them to anyone with a flat tire, or a blow out. Call with confidence.

I needed a new tire after I got a flat in the middle of the road. Besides the flat tire I also had stripped lug nuts from before. Lucky this mobile tire guy was able to help me and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Great service

I needed to get my tire fixed after I ran over a nail. I had no idea how to fix my tire and no time to go to a tire shop so I googled "mobile tire fix". This business had very good reviews so I called them. The tech came quickly after I requested the service. He patched and aired up my tire, all in my driveway. I am very thankful for convenient businesses like this.

Actually I have never used this service but both of my Asian sister's have. Stacy (Philippine) used service twice, Samantha (Japanese)has used (this is embarrassing part)them around 7 times. 😖. Both said they were faster than the road service clubs and alot cheaper than the tow services quoted. But I may have to call them, thanks to the 12mm BOLT stuck in my tire, at 2am,on Preston and Red Bluff. 😭

The best company I have come encounter with! The came to my rescue on the freeway and brought 2 tires for my RV. The man installed them quickly and made it look very easy and I know it's not.
