Needed assistance quickly Alex was on it. Told me prices up front. Very Knowledgeable about the entire rv. People complain about prices but running a business in California isn’t cheap. Definitely would use them again.

We were in big trouble when we lost power steering in our motorhome. My husband managed to muscle it off the highway. Called this outfit and Alex came out diagnosed the problem (broken belt) and went above and beyond to help. Thank you Alex for getting us on our way to our final destination 👏 Susan and Ian

On our way home, one of our Airstream brakes failed completely. We were looking at a week travel delay using local services. We were fortunate to find Alex through a Google search. They responded immediately, made the necessary repairs and got us on the road that day. Amazing. And Alex is a fine man and we appreciated his responsiveness, knowledge, skills and timeliness. We were truly grateful to have found him.

They charged me for 2 hours of diagnostic tests and 2 hours of labor to change out the sail switch on my furnace. Then charged me $80.00 for a $10.00 switch. Tried to sell an extra part at $115.00, told them no and found the same part online for $15.00. I will never recommend this repair shop to anyone.

This company is a rip-off wanted to charge me $1485.00 to replace a slide out motor transmission. He first came out and charged $485.00 for a 20 minute diagnostic. Told us he would only charge us for the part. Then calls back and tells us the part is $975.00 this is for the parts and labor. When we bought the part ourselves it was $198.00. He takes advantage of people. This company needs to be reported for only accepting CASH. RIP OFF

Very inflated costs for repair. The work was done in an expedited manner. Alex’s knowledge was very good. Estimates given in advance. $1400 to repair a faulty gearbox for a cable slide is not a fair price for service! The part was about $100 and resold for $600. $180 service charge + $600 for labor (2 hours).

Four hrs and invoice for $447 with NOTHING repaired on our motorcoach Aquahot. Invoice didn't even give estimate or list of required parts. Beware: No credit cards accepted only direct fund transfer such as Zelle. Worst service ever in 50+ years.

We had an issue with a slide. Alex was very helpful with both the first call and the conversation with the manufacturer. Alex is clearly a professional and very good at RV repair and diagnostics. However, they quoted 24 hrs of labor for a job the Manufacturer says takes maximum of 6 to complete. I understand this is Universal RV’s rate, but they should have told me they would be way over warranty supported pricing. Found another shop in town that got us back on the road back to Texas and did it in 5 hrs. If you have money to blow, this is your mobile repair service.

I called to get some one to come look at our trailer. I was quoted an amount. I told them this is a warranty issue and I was told to send a picture of the warranty information to the phone number I called. I did as instructed. I didn't hear anything so I sent a follow up text. Still no response. So I'll go elsewhere.

Alex was wonderful! He was approved by the warranty company and fixed the propane line to the generator of the living quarters of a large horse trailer!! Then we had to have him back out for other warranty items BOTH days of the weekend!! He is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough!! I definitely recommend him and have given his contact to others traveling with horses!!

Our 37'Montana had some technical problems with the hydraulic jacks and we called this company. We were on a trip far from home. The woman that answered was professional and was able to get us an appointment right away. Alex was our technician and he was prompt, very knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly. He fit us into his busy schedule so we could get back on the road and get back home. Alex was a very nice young man. I would definitely recommend this company. Ask for Alex.

Very unprofessional. They take only cash in advance and didn't fix my heater problem. When we went on a trip next weekend, the heater didn't work and my kids had to sleep in cold. When I called them to fix this, they wanted me to pay again. Nadia laughed and said they wouldn't work for free, when in reality I paid them $470 for work they didn't complete. I tried to make them understand, but Nadia was very rude. When I told them that I will complain to RVIA she said - " Do what ever you want to do, if you have no better things to do in life".

Rooftop air conditioner stopped working and I wasn't about to sweat out the rest of my vacation. Also those things have so many wires and connections and they are on top of the roof. Wasn't about to climb on there no way. Good thing a friend told me to look up a mobile rv repair guy and man I was surprised they came right to the campground and fixed me right up.
