These guys are life savers! They were here since early morning at 9am. They made it known they were running late for another customer and I really needed my car fixed before the afternoon to pick up my kids and they decided to stay and let the other customer know they were running late. I felt sooo bad but they were able to get my car going and I was able to pick up my kids on time. The negative reviews don’t match how the couple is, they are super nice and I will most definitely continue to use them.

They were over 3hrs late, so if you need speedy mechanics this isn’t the call you want to make. They yelled at my wife and the female got aggressive AFTER they charged extra fees for a service they didn’t even perform. The basic diagnostic fee they charge is $40. Then they charged me an extra $20 just to take it to autozone to charge and test it. If you don’t have the tools you shouldn’t charge for the service. This was after they were told numerous times that we had already done that. These guys aren’t the pros they sell themselves as, read the conversation in the screenshots below. Save yourself the time and hassle and take it to a real shop…..like I’m having to do now.

They are wonderful! They were quick and courteous, and used some kind of car magic to get a part to fit. And, of course, the "mobile" aspect is a big plus. I will definitely recommend them to others and call them again in the future (but hopefully not the near future).

PROFESSIONALS! My situation was handled with care. They took the time to communicate with an out of state family member. Not to mention repaired my car while in the airport parking lot. I highly recommend!

I really appreciate them more than I can really explain. He explained everything he was doing and going to do. He didn’t have me pay for any services that were not mandatory or things that didn’t require immediate attention. Thank you both!

Found this awesome couple to do my brakes. They arrived on schedule, let me know exactly what was wrong and offered to do an exchange for me since an actual mechanic shop misinformed me. They didn't hesitate at all to teach me a little. Very nice people for a very affordable price. I will be using them again!

Had a coolant leak that they came to check out and fix same day within a hour and half. These guys are amazing and polite. Definitely worth the price and will be the first people I call next time I have a car issue.

Our car was overheating and had a leak, they came out and were very kind. They always kept us in the loop, kept us well-informed. Pricing was 10/10, very reasonable! A real dynamic duo who gave more life to our ‘06 Buick LaCrosse. Even let us know what else needs to be fixed down the line. I cannot stress this enough but we highly recommend this mechanic above others. Definitely my husband’s go-to mechanic from here on out. *ADDED BONUS* my check engine light finally disappeared

These 2 are a god send. They were polite. Honest. Transparent and didn't feed me any bs. Straight to the point. Gave me a fair price on work they did. I can't recommend any one else then them. I called them on a Saturday morning and they immediately text me back. The whole process was less than 45 minutes from diagnosis, buying and picking up the part and installing a new fuel pump. Their labor cost was very reasonable and are worth a call. I've never had such a pleasant experience with a mechanic they will be my mechanics for life.

I'd give them 10/10 if I could! Diagnosed my truck issue literally within seconds and had me up and running in like 15 minutes. Saved me another tow truck visit AND trip to the mechanic shop on my day off😅 I recommend y'all call them before any other mobile service

I found this lovely couple when searching for mobile mechanics in my area. I contacted them the day prior to find out if they provided the services I needed for my vehicle and the costs. They responded promptly and timely provided the information I requested. They scheduled me for the following afternoon, today and they have already completed the services I needed. They are very professional, efficient and quick without overcharging. I will most definitely recommend their services, you will not be disappointed. Jerman and Amberly changed the battery in my car. They took the old battery to Sam’s for warranty, and save me having to buy another. They were very helpful and nice. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Other reviews are right about them never answering back. I text them in the morning and receive a reply late afternoon. They said they will schedule me for the next day and they never replied back even when I told them to let me know if they not going to be able to make it. Don’t waste your time calling them. Contact Dave’s Mobile mechanic instead and he was fast and very reliable.
