On December 13th I contacted these guys to fix my car. Dustin Badasci came out to help me. At first every thing was good. He replaced my car battery. He said that I needed a new alternator to. I asked a punch you with cost plus the cost of repair battery and everything. He told me $570.80. so I paid him as a result he bought the wrong part and and I haven't seen him again. I've been trying to text him so I can get a refund on the part in the labor that he didn't do but he will not reply.

Excellent service!!! extremely accommodating and reasonably priced... He picked me up and took me home when I needed to leave my car at the shop and had no one else to take me back. Would use again if I am in the area!!!

had a great experience with Mobile Mechanic Pros Fresno when my Mustang started acting up. I had the pleasure of using Mobile Mechanic Pros Fresno for a brake repair on my 2017 Mazda CX-5, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience My brakes were making a terrible screeching noise, and I was dreading the idea of spending my Saturday at the repair shop. A friend mentioned this mechanic company, so I decided to give them a try. Best decision ever The mechanitime and was super friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem—worn-out brake pads—and got to work immediately. What really impressed me was how efficient and knowledgeable he was. Jake had all the tools and parts he needed right there in his van, and he even showed me the old brake pads and explained why they needed replacing. First interaction was great. Oil change was fine. Then scheduled them to come out again for a few things at 9am today, he confirmed at 7:30 last night. I text him at 8:00am this morning saying if available he can come earlier - no response back. Text again at 9:30 after nobody showed up at 9am, with no response. Sent another text to his different number at 9:50 no response. Not sure why you’d confirm via text the night before, then blow off the appointment the next day. Pretty unprofessional and rude. My time is valuable as well.

Gave Dustin “Badasci Mobile Auto Repair”a call and he was able to come out within the hour to diagnose the problem and figure out what my car needed. Super fast service, helpful, and he gave me a discount on parts. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I highly recommend working with him if you’re ever in trouble out on the road 10/10

We unfortunately didn’t have a good experience. Dustin said he was getting the part for the car and was going to come to and fix it. We never heard a word from him after that.
