Me and my husband we're in Tulsa a few weeks ago and only needed a stripped bolt loosened and quoted $99 when they showed up his wife called the shots and said to charge for a whole hub job and turned into $599 and less than 40 minutes later, and yes we should of went behind him and checked bolts bc he was on phone most of time talking to someone he was helping that hadn't paid him yet and his van reeked of Marijuana, but we gave it the benefit of doubt, my husband was on his way to work the other morning and had been noticing a sound and then all the sudden that front tire flew off and rolled into the ditch/field, stuck if the snow/ice had not been on the road the normal speed limit is 65mph and that would of possibly flipped/rolled his truck, this put his life at risk, two officers blocked him until tow truck got there to tow to our house, when he checked it out this last weekend the bolts on were so loose most were unscrewed by my husband's hands, no tools needed. It ruined his custom rim, expensive tire, new hub, tow bill, roter, etc. By Gods grace the roads were still weather conditioned and he was only going 35mph. But these bolts should NOT have been this loose, there is a accident report that will available Monday for us to pickup so we can seek legal council, bc putting people's lives at risk is unnecessary and when something like this happens there needs to be accountability held. I’ve been unable to get my car running the past two weeks and couldn’t figure out the issue. Mobile Mechanic King came out and ran a full diagnostic, and found the issue in under an hour. Super nice guy and he explained the process as he was going through to prevent any confusion on my end. Thanks for all the help!

Well if I could give them a zero i would.A couple weeks ago I was at my dad's in Tulsa and I was in the process of changing my hub bearing and there was a bolt that was stripped so I called these guys just for the bolt and I would finish the rest myself and they said 99.00 so I agreed.When they got out there and got started they decided to charge me for a hole hub job and turned out to be 600.00 big price differce and needless to say 32 minutes to be exact I do have video of him working on my truck.and I still have my cashier reciept.well anyways on my way to work yesterday my front tire and rim flew off on my pickup.broke my studs ruined my expensive rim .so I had to call a tow truck witch costed me 150.00 and I was starting to take bolts off this morning to fix it and my break caliber bolts were lose about to fall out and so was my my rotor bracket.i talked to my lawer and we are going to.i have all the evidence and video of him and his woman that was with him and on top of that his vehicle smelled like week really bad.I promise I have money and and gonna get every time I can out of this company.they are crooks.there is more pictures to come.i gotta go to the police department Monday to pick up the police report

Awful experience so far, mechanic came out to replace a clutch master cylinder for me. after bleeding the clutch, he diagnosed it as a failure with either the clutch, or whatever honda's version of the clutch fork was. The tech then offered to buy my car for $1000 on site (very unprofessional is it not?) and told me I would be given a $75 refund since he did not do the full job. I am on day 9 of fighting with them to get my refund and have to call back every day to ask if the mechanic can bring me my money and I was told that to get my refund id have to drive over an hour to tahlequah to go meet him. I'm currently in the process of tracking the tech down AGAIN to get my money back. I hope this business goes under. if you call my review fake you'll find out i got real hands <3

Excellent Team with an amazing turn around time! They answered the call & showed up 40 minutes later. Tony was very kind, professional, efficient & personable. The name definitely fits the service provided👑Pricing was very reasonable. He replaced my alternator plus a couple of minor fixes, on site! He was able to get my vehicle back up & running within an hour & a half😎

I have have had Mobile Mechanic King fix my car twice. They fixed a thermostat, installed spark plugs and added oil treatment to my transmission. Everything was fixed timely and done well. The cost was very reasonable. I think the mechanic was very thorough and will utilize them in the future. Five stars Marshall K

Very quick and efficient. Had a lower radiator hose that needed to be replaced, mechanic was in and out and had everything buttoned up and back working before I could off him a drink!

Had a mechanic out to replace my cam position sensor that i jus purchased that day from nissan! charged me $200 truck didnt start after it was replaced he then went on to tell me bullcrap that my timing was off and that my motor needed to be replaced.... I know what a blown motor sounds like, he also says my truck was back firing while starting which it wasn't! end of the day all he had to do is double check his work cause he didn't push the sensor in all the way or tighten the bolt that holds it in all the way! i gave 2 stars cause they showed up and came same day. he also recommended places that would do a engine swap lol. if they act like this was fake like i see alot on there reviews ill go a step further!

My van driver side window regulator went down i paid for the service upfront $250 Friday night he came and it got pretty dark so tony said he would come tomorrow 3 days later I'm still waiting Monday he said he would come and 5 hrs later he keeps people my calls to voicemail horrible and unprofessional would never recommend definitely will be taking legal action for my money. Tony left my car for 3 days almost 4 now not able to latch because he didn't put that back on anf the window down

I had a terrible experience with this mobile mechanic. I contacted them to change the alternator on my truck, and the price they quoted was outrageous! It felt completely unprofessional to charge so much for what should be a simple job. Not only was the cost way higher than expected, but the lack of transparency and communication made the whole situation worse. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for honest and fair pricing. Save your time and money and look elsewhere!

One of our DogsPoopWeScoop vehicles broke down. Needed a starter. They are definitely the fastest mobile service I have ever used. Not sure if they want me to tell the world this but they also let us use their discount code to save money on the part and picked the part up for us. And they took the time with me on the phone to call two locations to get a parts quote. We will definitely use Tony again!!

They can't work on vehicles without messing stuff up they messed up my husband's truck it's now broke down and needs the motor rebuilt all because of these people DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY SHOULD BE SUED!!!!!!!

On Friday September 13th, 2024 I called mobile mechanic king to come fix my truck. After waiting five hours for my payment to go through. I finally decided to get my car home then have them fix it there. After waiting 24 hours I called to get an update was put on hold for longer than 10 minutes. Hung up and called back the guy said that he was on the phone with the bank and verified it had gone through and said they would be out on Saturday September 14th, 2024. Then they call and say it’s something on their end because they hadn’t received the payment even though they had been taken out of my account. Then 48 hours later I tried calling and texting and got no answer. On the 72 hour mark I called and they kept saying yeah we got your part we will be out today at 2pm. Called at 230 everyone kept putting me on hold for almost 45 minutes. Then at 316 someone was like yeah we got the part the guy is in verdigres and you will definitely be taken care of today. The guy on the phone kept giving excuses about being short on staff and it’s a process. These guys will use every excuse not to help you. Do not use them. Have to report to the better business bureau and had to go to my bank and have them reverse charges. All they had to say was no from the beginning instead of giving excuse after excuse. I was more than fair and gave them 80 hours of waiting that I won’t get back.

They came out after hours last weekend to replace my car battery. The mechanic charged my husband $150 and incorrectly installed my car battery by not connecting the wire that keeps the battery charged. As a result I broke down on the side of the highway the very next day. I do not recommend using this company at all. They did not do their job well. It is completely unethical to charge someone to replace their car battery and end the service while knowing it was not done properly. Do NOT use this mobile mechanic. The picture in my review was taken by my dealership after I had to have it towed there to have it fixed properly. The mobile mechanic refused to give me a refund for not properly or correctly providing their service. They also failed to provide a receipt for the service. 0 out of 5 stars. This is NOT a fake review. I am not a competitor - I was a paying customer and they will never be recommended by me. They did NOT pull out their phone / social media accounts to document the service on my vehicle - I know that for a fact because I was present during the entire service. Unfortunately this company will use people especially if you don’t have knowledge to know the work they did was done incorrectly.

They were able to replace the cradle bushings and serpentine belt for a low price. Tony was nice and communicative. They also came to my job to look at my car. Great service!!!

Unprofessional, sloppy, does not communicate. Car still does not run . Supposed to be a routine job, should have read the reviews first. Mad cause i had to take it into a shop to finish the job and other other things that were not done right. Spent 2000+ to still have it in a shop.
