Move with caution when using this service. Had a shady experience with paying a diagnostic fee and sending $1,000 dollars to some entitled mobile mechanic who argued with a mechanic shop owner and then didn't want to work at location because he was afraid she was going to call the cops.

Very knowledgeable, had multiple companies no show or decline the work because they couldn't figure out the problem. He got my car fixed and working again in under 1hour at 7pm!! He's a genius!!

Had Rob come out and do a Evac and recharge on my f250, very professional and knowledgeable in what he does. He didn’t just vacuum and recharge, he also checked for leaks and made sure the system would hold a charge as well! Did a great job and AC is blowing cold and works great, would definitely recommend!

Rob is an amazing mechanic, from the answer of the phone call to the end of the repair! His attention to his craft and knowledge is great, as he went over the diagnostics of my car he gave me clear and accurate information of what needed to be done. Great attentiveness and his pricing was very affordable. This is one mobile mechanic that is worth the call!! Added to my contacts for any future repairs!!

"Rob" is right! I didn't know where all these reviews are coming from ,but the guy "Rob" did show up to my house for a check engine light issue, he said he would run some cleaner through and should fix the issue, charged me 385 for the service and was done in less than 30min. Got paid and left. We drove the car less than 5 miles light came back up, called him back and he didn't answer for 2 days ,he did come back out and say Oh this part is bad and needs to be changed. I told him I would order the part and it would be here next day he agreed to come back and put it on. Part came in he was called and never showed up, called and texted for 4 days straight no answer nor reply. So I basically paid 385 dollars for him to clear the code and nothing else, so yes Rob did Rob me! He is very unprofessional and is not accountable for his actions . He doesn't return calls nor follow up with his clients. He is very shady even his address is an empty lot! I'm sure he did that so the people he scams can't find him. I will be filing with the BBB also . I ended up taking it yo the GM dealer who charge me less than 300 dollars and actually fixed the issue! Do not use this guy those reviews can't be true listen to the warning people Rob will scam you out of your money! Also when you try to call the number it is a different number everytime, the number changes evrytime you call, he must screen the calls so he doesn't get caught!

Came out to replace fuel pump. I let Rob borrow one of my tools ( I didn't get it back) I called the next day he said he didn't have it. Not saying he stole it but I sure can't find it. Anyways he replced the fuel pump. 2 days later I have fuel pouring out all over my truck and on the ground. ( one of the fuel lines was not put on correctly and came off. So now I'm on side of the road. I called him and told him about it and sent him a picture his response was "oh wow" and never heard from him again.. I would not use him or recommend his work.

He came same day so giving him 4 stars for the service. He Is a good mechanic and friendly. He installed my alternator, and a serpentine belt fairly quick. I deducted 1 star as I gave him my expectations on Maxim cost of parts as I already researched the cost of the Ultima Alternator and belt at a maximum of $250 with tax. Which should have been $497.00 total with his $250 labor. Would I use him again? Yes, but with my purchased parts as I could have saved money and actually have a receipt for the parts. But would recommend his service.

I called Robert I hadnt even read any reviews. I just needed someone to check out my truck to see what the issue was he told me he would be there, came same day fixed the issue and back on the road. Very nice, very professional, and very knowledgeable would highly recommend, and I will be using again.

Terrible , Do not use these unprofessional people, They left me and my truck stranded without ever calling or coming to where my truck was stranded in a Kroger parking lot , They were supposed to be there after confirming time and place .. Never showed up ,never answered my calls or text ..had to call a reliable company to help me . Never again .

Después de tirar mi dinero y perder tiempo en dos lugares diferentes , busque en internet otras opciones , afortunadamente contacté Mobile auto techs , ellos solucionaron el problema eléctrico que mi carro tenía y que nadie pudo arreglar. Me siento muy agradecida con ellos , son rápidos y muy profesionales pero lo más importante es que hicieron mi carro seguro para mi y mi familia

Excellent customer service by Robert our mechanic. Robert gave us a rough estimate on time and he actually completed before and checked all the oils for us, was very thorough. Very professional and friendly. We will for sure use their service again.

I live in Lufkin and work in Pasadena so when my truck started acting up, I gave them a call. They scheduled me for the very next day and worked around my work schedule. The tech showed up on time, was courteous, friendly, and most of all fast and knowledgeable. Had me back up and running in half an hour. Will definitely use them again if and when the need arises.

My wife likes to go fast because she is always late lol. We upgraded the rotors, pads, calipers etc. Fair price and he recommended quality products. She is definitely pleased with the results. Happy wife, happy life 😌
