This mechanic must ONLY help ppl he knows personally or ppl his family and friends know bc to advertise your SERVICES on Google but treat a potential customer with BAD SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS!! IF YOU ARE REALLY IN NEED OF SERIOUS HELP I WOULD RECOMMEND FINDING A MOBILE MECHANIC WHO ACTUALLY CARES AND WANT TO HELP CUSTOMERS!!!

My wife and I had a flat tire on our car along a busy highway. Kal happened to see us and stopped to offer help. He changed the tire in the rain and then wouldn’t accept any money. I insisted he at least take a “tip”. He was friendly, competent, and professional, and got us quickly going again. We were so lucky that he was there to help. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Thank you Mobile Auto Experts. I called today inquiring about brake pad and rotors. I was expecting a day or two for service before i placed the call but to my surprise Caleb was able to provide service 2 hrs after my call. Very professional and will definitely be using Mobile Auto Works in the future.

I ordered parts from Amazon. They sent me the wrong ones. Kal went to advance and picked up what I needed, no complaints/ no extra charge. Worked very quickly. Job was completed sooner than I had expected!!

Unbelievable service, I’ve always had an issue with mechanics but when I tell you Kal is honest and straight forward I mean that. He identified the issue immediately. And got to work which took him less than an hour to sort out, price was more then fair and I will be continuing to use his service. I forgot to mention he pull rite up to my address … literally a Mobile mechanic !!!! Thanks Kal

Caleb is a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. He came thru for me big time when I needed a new starter. He helped find a decent part for a good price, kept me informed on the process and even taught me a little bit about the issue I was having. He is mobile so he can come to you if your car wont move. Overall top tier service!! So glad to finally have a mechanic in Charlotte I can trust. Highly recommend you call him and see what he can do for your auto needs.

Kaleb is awesome! Great communication, as well as reliable and punctual. My car died. I called and left a voicemail. He called me back as well as texted me. He came to my house at the time that he said. He diagnosed the problem and had my vehicle running within a few hours. I will definitely use his services again.
