This rating is for the carwash and the company itself, not the staff. I went here for a car wash on 1/26/25 because my car needed to be cleaned both inside and out. Upon arrival, I was told by Robson that only an exterior wash was available because of staffing contraints. However, Robson told me he'd do the entire interior himself, and that's what he did. While I really appreciated him going the extra mile, it's ridiculous that interior cleanings were not available that day. Next time I'll take my business somwhere else.

Do not go here!! This place is terrible! I brought my new to me (2021 Volkswagen) there for a standard oil change recently. I drove off and white smoke immediately came out of my exhaust. The mechanic and on site manager walked over to where I pulled over and then tried to say that it wasn’t oil related. He even supposedly checked the oil multiple times. When I checked the oil it was very obviously overfilled. They tried to get me to drive my car back over so they could drain some oil out. Obviously I didn’t do that and I had it towed to the dealership where it was confirmed to be overfilled by 2 Quarts, will oil all over the engine. I contacted the owner Ken, and he originally agreed to refund the cost of the oil change I paid to his shop as well as the cost of the bill at the dealership. Until it was time to pay. Ken decided he only needed to reimburse me for the difference. He avoids phone calls and texts messages and taking responsibility for the mistakes made at his facility. I would not recommend going to this establishment ever! Terrible customer service Terrible mechanics and total disrespect simply because I am a woman.

3:58PM for a full service car wash and said they didn’t have enough employees to do the interior wash and could only do the exterior! Definitely not going back there.

I got the express wash 3 that washes the undercarriage as well as the exterior of the car. The cost was only 10 which is a decent price. I had 2 cars done and it did a good job. I'll bring my cars here in the future, especially after snow when there's salt on the roads

This place sucks. I have never been treated worse anywhere. Had an issue with an employee where it appeared everything was on camera. Only some of it was and there was no audio. Despite another witness they took the side of the employee and told ME not to return. Panache down the road is better for a car wash and Goodyear next door is better for all of your car needs. Screw this place.

I went in because my change oil light was on and the dealer was backed up a few weeks. I have free oil changes at my dealer up to 75k miles. The GM told me that I should wait because my oil/car would be fine. I have an imported car so the oil change would have been over $100. He could have easily taken the $ and easy sale. Instead he was honest. When my warranty runs out I will take all my business here. Honesty goes a long way!!!

The guys there were nice. The prices were pretty outrageous. Quoted a certain amount, went inside and saw on the price board it was cheaper. Of course my car takes “special oil” which means it was more expensive. Wasn’t going to start any trouble so I just sucked it up and paid the quoted price for the oil change. The car wash was terrible. Still had dirt left all over the car. But the wash was included with the oil change so I wasn’t going to complain. Waiting area was dingy. Ordered DIY oil changing products online as I waited. Probably won’t be back.

The main guy doing the oil change is a car genius!! Fixed my closing mechanism on my hood in 3 minutes, that nobody else had been able to do. Oil changes are great. They don’t try and sell you on getting other stuff done. Have used them for over 15 years now. Always hapoy with what they do.

No soap on prewash and no soap at all They claim u have to pay extra to get rich soap applied on your car In short they use plain water to wash the car and this causes scratches on the car Please change your tactics

Positive: They vacuum well Negatives: No pre-wash, and very little soap upon entering wash, they rest was straight water. 2 of the larger brushes, don't even come close to touching the car. Told the dryer guy, who offered to put the car thru again. But having to wait on line and their little use of soap, what was the point.

The mechanics are courteous, knowledgeable, trained professionals who take the time to explain the job to their customers and perform that job efficiently. I am confident in the work they perform. I do not live in Danbury but drive out of my way to have my cars serviced at Mobil 1 Express!
