Steve is amazing, great and honest service. I needed an oil change and a new coil with spark plugs. Steve helped me out big time, being new to the area and needing to find a mechanic I could trust. He explained the issues with my car and recommend future fixes that won’t break the bank. Great service great prices.

I HAD BEEN SO SAD ABOUT MY STARTER IN MY CAR AND GOT TIRED OF NOT BEING ABLE TO TURN HER OFF WHEN I NEED TO GO PLACES....PEOPLE WAS GIVING ME HIGH PRICES TO FIX MY STARTER ISSUES EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED A BRAND NEW STARTER...SO I LOOKED UP "CAR LOTS IN JACKSONVILLE, FL" AND THIS WAS THE FIRST ONE THAT POPPED UP AND I SEEN THAT IT HAD 5.0 STARS WITH GOOD REVIEWS SO I CONTACTED THEM AND SPOKE TO MR STEVE AND HE WAS SO NICE AND TOLD ME TO BRING MY CAR IN TODAY (WHICH WAS YESTERDAY) AND I TOOK IT UP THERE AT 3PM SO I RAN A COUPLE OF ERRANDS AND WHEN I PULLED UP ON HIM AFTER AN HOUR AND HALF OF HIM HAVING MY CAR IT WAS DONE♥️....MY CAR CRANKS UP REAL GOOD LIKE SHE IS A BRAND NEW CAR AND I COULDN'T THINK HIM ENOUGH....OH AND MY COST WAS WAAAAYYYYY CHEAPER WHAT EVERYBODY ELSE WAS GIVING ME.... THANK YOU SO MUCH

These guys are great , didn’t take long before my car was fixed. And this is after being told that the car wasn’t able to be fixed. I’m very grateful for the professional attitudes from Devon and Mario , I’d definitely refer them to anyone💙
