I recently took my car to M&K mechanic shop in Gate city Blvd in Greensboro for some much-needed repairs, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain the issues in detail. They provided a transparent estimate before starting the work, and I appreciated their honesty throughout the process. Actually They waste big time on customers I went for door regulator installation , they installed it but didn't fixed it properly , they i went there three,four times , always saying come next day They next day again come at over there , then they said regullator isnt working. One of the expensive mechanic I m giving a stars

My car broke down on my way through Greensboro. I called 4 other local auto shops that were closest to me first, none of which could guarantee they'd even be able to look at my car that same day. But these guys were great! Told me if I could make it there they'd check it out immediately, and if they had the parts to fix it, would make the time. They were super professional and kind. Very knowledgeable and the prices were very fair. Offered me water while I waited and gave me updates. I was in and out in less than 2 hours and haven't had any issues with my car since (it's been about a month). Would highly recommend!

They usually do good work, I have been to them a few times. This time while they had my car for about 2 weeks, they cracked my windshield and refused to take any responsibility Edit to respond to business' reply: My boyfriend never told you that lol. He was the one who pointed it out to me. There's no way we drove around with a 12 inch crack in the window and didn't ask you to fix it along with everything else that was wrong.

Two workers helped me out with my vehicle, they helped me right away i didn’t have to wait any time for anything they got straight to work and were very friendly and helpful with the whole process. i took my car up here to get a pre purchase inspection, they went above and beyond to make sure i got everything done right and went home with a perfect condition car.

Called in for a splash shield repair, came in 15 minutes later. Fixed the shield and gave me an oil change in less than 45 minutes. Super accommodating, efficient, affordable, and friendly. Will definitely be going back for any other car issues. Best quality car service I’ve received in a while

I was recommended this place by a friend for my vehicle inspection. They were quick, friendly, and efficient. I walked in with no appointment and let fifteen minutes later with an inspection. This is very professional people I have transmission problem I got it resolved which is I’ve been a couple of places they never been seen. What is the problem with it was and they got it fixed for me. The price is unbelievable nice people they care about other people cars like their own cars.
