Great place! My neighbor had to do a photo inspection. Very efficient, courteous service and assistance. The lady that works the desk there is very professional and assisting. I’m thankful for her service. We were in & out in a matter of minutes.

My mom had to get a photo inspection and due to the storm and the impending storm noone else could seem to do it; claims that machines were down on the insurance end made it impossible to secure a date. I followed my heart and called Mister Auto bright and early and spoke to Nick. He was cordial and took time to tell me the process once mom got to the shop. My mom is pushing 78 so I was concerned about her exposure. A kind gentleman named Harris helped my mom when it was her turn without prolonged contact. Amanda helped my mom with the paperwork certification. Mom had trouble signing the electronic pad and Amanda was super patient and really helped her. This family business is truly a family affair. Thank you for your considerate care for my mom!! No wonder you have been in business so long!!!

I’ve been going to them for about 10 years. Just for oil changes and inspections. They’re always fair and efficient. They’ve never overcharged me. I’ve moved to a different neighborhood about 5 years ago and I drive 30 minutes just to go to them. So that must mean something right? You know what you’re getting. Honest good work.

Service was fine but it was 9 degrees out and they made me park on the street and take my 3 little kids out of the car...for a photo inspection.... I asked if I could park by the office (paperwork took a total of maybe 5 minutes...and not one car pulled in during that time) It was cold and they were cold

Good, honest car mechanics. They're a little pricier than some of the other (read: less honest) mechanics, but still cheaper than the dealership. They know what's best for your car and your budget and always strike a good balance.

Harras is a good guy who is very honest & knows what he is talking about. He may not have the most outgoing personality, but taken with a grain of salt he can actually be quite funny. Nice posters around & will go out of his way to help every change he gets, even if its to reccomend business elsewhere because its in your best interest. Sorry but this place just keeps fixing and charging and not getting to the problem. After several Hundreds of $ spent trying to find the leak in my car-things just got worse and I had to sell the car. So upset the $ that went into repairs. Cheated and not going back, Beware of this black hole.(:
