5 Stars is not enough to express how much the team at Mission Collision Center means to me! I was introduced to MCC following my son's accident...one of the most stressful moments in my life. Will & the MCC Team were phenomenal! Their genuine care and support throughout the process has been a true blessing! Their knowledge, skills and abilities are outstanding! I highly recommend Mission Collision for all your body shop needs. Thank you Will and MCC Team for all that you do for our community!

Having an accident is just never one of those things you are prepared for. Usually they throw all of this chaos at you at once. It’s hard to know who to trust and where to go! Well look no further on a very reliable, trustworthy and reputable body and collision center you can count on! Will and his staff at Mission Collision are the real deal! They stepped in and fought with me in dealing with our son’s insurance company to get the repairs to be done right! After back and forth moments, it was then deemed a total loss and our insurance company wanted to give us a very low settlement offer! We didn’t know what to do! Even though Will wasn’t able to now get our business, he connected us with Larry a third party appraiser that went to bat for us! Can’t say enough great things about this place and although in the end they didn’t get the chance to repair our son’s Camaro, Will and his staff were there the whole time to make sure that we were taken care of! We know we can count on them and have already informed our family, friends and clients that if they also find themselves in a bad situation with an accident, look no further!

LITERALLY SCAMMERS!!! THEY WORK WITH THE POLICE TO FORCE YOU TO GIVE UP YOUR CAR. THEY ARE MANIPULATING PEOPLE. THEY STOLE MY CAR.

I cannot recommend the team at Mission Collision Center enough!!! We had an incident that caused damage to our fender and bumper, and our insurance State Farm recommended Mission which was close by. Troy helped us out, I had gotten a quote elsewhere but Mission was better. We dropped off Monday, expecting it to take a week or so- but they had us ready Friday afternoon!! We are super grateful as we had to get a rental and they saved us so much $ getting it done so fast!! All of the staff were so nice whether in office or calling, big thanks to Troy for taking care of us, and Greg for assisting. Highly recommend Mission, hopefully we don’t need them again but they will be our go to!

I got into a car accident and the police informed me that I had to choose a shop off of their list of approved collision shops, so seeing this one had good reviews I unfortunately chose them for my car to be towed to. I showed up the next day to collect my car and they wanted around $300 for the towing and charged me for the night that my car stayed there. I was going to pay them out to get my car out of their shop but the man informed me that if I left it there to be inspected that I would not be charged for the days that they were inspecting it for an estimate. This sounded good to me so I accepted his offer for the inspection and they proceeded to inspect the car for multiple weeks. When I kept calling for updates on the car which were ignored and when I showed up they said it was still in progress. Finally they responded and said they would charge me around $5000 for the repairs when the car itself was only $3k. Being it was obviously totaled I did not take this and they then informed me that I would owe them nearly $3000 for the time the car sat in their shop and the towing. I told them that I was informed I would not be charged for this and they did not care and called me a liar. I was then forced to sign over my title to them in order to mitigate the fees that they had piled on me, essentially stealing my vehicle. This place is full of unethical SCAMMERS that should be investigated by the BBB. I CAN NOT WAIT until they scam the wrong person and someone sues this place for everything they have.

These guys helped me out when our three day old car took a flying mattress to the hood (puro?) But they convinced the insurance that we needed factory parts as opposed to secondary to really make it right, made sure I was well informed with what was going on with the vehicle all the way through the process, and even were flexible enough to help me schedule around a family vacation (since I had cheaped out on rental car coverage this part was especially nice). It came back looking like a three day old car. I especially enjoyed working with their rep. Will. They all seemed great, but I feel like I got excellent help there, especially. No one wants a car wreck to happen, but if it does, this is where you go to get it solved.

These people work with the police to have your car towed here in which they basically hold it hostage with excuses to accrue storage fees. If you don’t have full coverage insurance avoid this place AT ALL COSTS. My bf lost his car here because of these fees (that they said they wouldn’t charge for holding as long as they were inspecting) were tacked on. He bought his car for about $3300 and they were trying to charge him almost $4k just to get it back. When he refused they asked for his TITLE JUST TO WAIVE THE FEES. He essentially had his car legally stolen through loopholes after the accident he was in. Admittedly this was some time ago and he has a new car, but some of these reviews from others describing the same issue aren’t even from that long ago, THEY’RE STILL DOING IT! Just be aware guys, even if they have full coverage it seems like they’ll make it hell to get it back and from other’s reviews it looks like they usually have additional damage upon receiving their vehicles back

Pretty friendly and helpful staff, after being in a car accident the least thing you need are extra worries, and they were super helpful they kept me in the loop of everything that was going on and what to expect. I don't wish anyone to have to deal with a collision center but if you do choose this place. A+++ customer service.

They work with the police and insurance companies to rob people of every penny they can instead of helping like they are supposed to. Disgusting practice. Update: after speaking with the tow truck driver who brought my car back, it seems the tow company that works with the police is also in on the scam with these shops and pays the driver's on the side for bringing vehicles to them.

Umm not much I can say I was I recommend by this place was told it was pretty good. But honestly I didn’t really experience any service from because each time I was about to wood sounded kinda shady to me. But I could be wrong. Calling them is annoying sometimes because theirs no VM or answering service. I could go on but it’s not worth it. Might be for you but yeah not for me.

Anthony at Mission Collision is your go to guy. Talk about customer service, he went above and beyond for me. I really appreciate everything he did, I highly recommend him as your service rep if your vehicle needs repairing. Over all the shop did an amazing job on my vehicle. I definitely would use them for repairs in the future. Thank you Anthony!!

Update: I have taken my car back to them to fix the paint defect on my rear bumper as well since they did a great job on the front I am very pleased with their work Anthony and Dale are great guys very friendly and professional...... Very good place to have your car repainted. Had my 2022 Charger Widebody front bumper repainted they did an excellent job at matching the paint and fixing the imperfections no questions asked. Anthony is a great guy to work with will definitely come back to them

From the beginning Gabe was as a lifesaver. He fought with the insurance company for payment and my vehicle is in perfect condition. Paint matched perfectly and he saved me money on the deductible as well! I highly recommend Mission Collision!

Gabe did a great job with my collision repair, quickly determining the extent of the damage, keeping me informed all along the way and getting by car repaired, perfectly. During the process, when the claims adjuster at my insurance company was dragging his feet in agreeing to pay Mission Collision for some of the repair, Gabe went back to the claims adjuster and explained to him how all of the items of the work that Mission Collision did on my car were mandated by GM repair policy. My insurance company then paid up in full. My car now looks the same as before the collision, or even better as Gabe got it washed before he returned my vehicle to me. Thanks Gabe!

Gabriel is the man! After a recommendation from a friend and seeing the reviews of Caliber Collision, I’m glad I switched. All of the staff were friendly and Gabriel made sure to give me updates on the progress of my car. She came out looking brand new and they were able to repair my aftermarket body parts. Mission Collision repaired my 2018 Ram 3500. They did an excellent job. I can’t even tell where the repairs were. Troy, my estimator, always kept me informed. I never had to call the shop, because Troy kept me updated. Overall an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend Mission Collision.

This shop has exceeded my expectations. Gabriel was excellent through this whole process! He dealt with State Farm my insurance company and got everything done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with how he kept me updated the whole time! I don’t trust just anyone with my Mercedes Benz but I’m glad I brought it here. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Other companies didn't seem too interested in helping with a small repair that wasn't backed by insurance. Gabriel took the time to look at my problem and quickly set an appointment with me. He was very courtious and helpful. The service was extemely fast and perfect. I could not be happier. And if the need ever arrises again, Mission will be my only stop.
