I took my older Mercedes in for diagnoses for a warning light on the dash.Bobby ran his scanner and correctly diagnosed it in minutes. Brake light switch was replaced and no more warning light. Very impressive and inexpensive.

This week I brought my car in to Miramar repair center for the first time after all dealerships in the area told me their next available service appointment is in 2 months. Bob is great, He pinpointed the problem in 5 minutes (unfortunately, I had a crack in my radiator). He then started making multiple calls to obtain the necessary part which was not available anywhere (except for a low quality non-original part he advised against). Somehow he was able to locate a vendor and 2 days later I was on my way with a new radiator and no problems. Price was fair (cost of part + labor based on dealership estimated time to replace it). Bob strikes me as a very honest, professional and knowledgeable person. I will definitely be taking my vehicle there next time.

Bob is great. Very knowledgeable, hard working and very fair pricing. Been using for 16 years now and will either drive or tow me or my families vehicle all the way down drop Riverside. That alone says a lot.

We've been here twice, they were great!! My husband works around the corner, the mechanics are punctual and that is REALLY important since my husband leaves the car in the shop while at work. The prices are extremely competitive , I've called around..they have the best so far, the work is done correctly..so no driving around the corner to have the light come on again... or better yet ..driving around to have a totally different light turn on the next day..trust me Ive had some unpleasent 'Experiances" at other Automotive Repair Shops LOL These gentlemen are Pro Mechanics , our car is running much smoother, and the customer service is honest..THIS is SO important to me. Realisticly ..my car needs work..but I brought the car in and did not get the "Mechanic Lecture" so that is why we just brought my car in again...there is "No Pressure". We are planning to invest $$ into keeping our 2014 Versa Note going for another 8-10 years..this last visit we got "The Estimate" because they have our full trust in this shop and WE WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.... Thank You for your Excellent Work!!
