I had an oil change done on a 2015 Toyota Avalon by you yesterday... I don't know how you guys did the diagnostics, how you checked the chassis and suspension... but today there's a crunching and rattling noise that wasn't there at all... I know that they're old and it's time for a replacement, but that doesn't mean that the car should be returned in worse condition. Having identified the danger, I barely got off the freeway. If you don't have non-professionals working for you, I feel sorry for you. I'm absolutely not happy with your service. You haven't justified the trust of the person who sent me to you, and mine as well. I'm angry and disappointed. Shame on you!

I brought my 91 F250 in with that had a gas pump issue. The friendly staff was able to fit me into their busy schedule, fix the issue, and hunt down parts for my unique issue. Their customer service is superior and their expertise is second to no one. Highly recommend.

No stars - Do NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Had car in the shop for several days because check engine light was on. When I picked it up, the back end was bashed in and the check engine light was still on. They did nothing but take my money and destroy my car. I’ve had major issues since taking it to this shop, and right before a major cross country trip. Called several times and they refused to take any accountability with the engine issue that quickly followed their Elle fee “engine repair” performed.

Gave me a price over the phone(was a very specific thing probably won't be the same for everyone) and it was that at the end. Good communication and friendly people in the office and shop. Highly recommended.

Ok, so straight up…this place was awesome! Katie at the front desk was in constant contact with me via text about what they were doing, what to expect, and honest in managing expectations. They also take care in taking pics and sharing those with you along the way of your car getting fixed, so you feel super comfortable knowing exactly what’s going on. On top of all of this, they were very affordable especially compared to dealer garage prices. HIGHLY recommend!

As a woman it’s so nice to come to a shop and not feel uncomfortable around staff. Miramar automotive were very friendly helping me understand what I needed without the pressure of doing it right away. I appreciate the honesty efficiency and hard work. I had an oil change and inspection for a great price and I will be back for all my regular and other maintenance needs. Finally found a great automotive shop! Thanks guys

Impeccable service from start to finish. They are in constant communication with you in regards to your vehicle updating you along the way. I was very impressed with my diagnostic testing, it was done so thoroughly. I had a leak coming from my transmission I needed fixed. They not only stopped the leak, but followed up with me a week later to make sure I wasn't losing fluid after the repair. They really care about the customer and it shows. So glad to have found this gem. Reasonable pricing for exceptional work.

This is a great shop! The service advisors tell you what repairs are need in an order of urgency. No other shop has provided that for me. They also tell you what parts are still good on your vehicle and do not need repairs or maintenance. This is my “go to” shop!

Dropped my truck off for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation as they were closing and my truck was ready for pick up the next morning. They didn’t try to sell me anything extra either. They just left a list of recommendations, which I appreciate. Lady at the front counter was super friendly. Plus the overall cost of the oil change and tire rotation wasn’t bad at all. Definitely could be worse like at other big name franchises. Definitely will be taking my vehicle here from now on.
