Fixing the problem at the dealer was very expensive. I told and explained those guys what the issue was over the phone and they said still to bring in for free diagnostics This is where the stuff went south: 1. I had to bring the car in few times because they were buys and could not look at my car within 24hs 2. After they finally looked at they gave me 1/5 of the price - great I said lets go ahead and dropped off 3. After dropping it off they said oh it looks like your car will require extra work because it has "super charger" and will cost same price as dealer.... -_- They charged me $200 for all this nonsense. I do not know how good the mechanics are and how good of a job they do; but service is not great

I’ve been a customer at Mihns for over a decade! Reason is simple, they’ve always been trustworthy, skilled and fair with their prices. These guys do a great job and take excellent care of me and my car. Can’t recommend enough!

This guys are tops notch. Exceptional attention to detail. Give you a full run down of work that could or need to be done with your car along with photos proving it is necessary. I won’t take my car anywhere else in the city

This shop is amazing all staff are super passionate and professional - they have an app that shows all work being done from your multi point inspection with detailed photos - I went in for an oil change thinking I needed a full service b on my 2021 C43 AMG, but Minhs advised that work had already been complete by the previous owner. Minhs is now my trusted mechanic!

From my first phone call with Jason, I knew I had found the perfect shop for my car. The service is beyond first class and the shop is very honest and considerate. Unlike many places in NY now, this shop actually gives you several options to save you money. The quality of work is excellent. But most important is the personal touch that Jason gave throughout the entire process; calling, checking if the client agreed with the repairs, advising on the best options. I’d highly recommend this shop to any car owner, especially owners of German cars.

Premium service and great people. The team did a super through job on my 2021 Volvo. Worked with Miller who provided exceptional customer service - extremely communicative and friendly. The after hours drop off and pick up was also convenient and flexible. Definitely taking my car back here. Thanks guys!

Super helpful and very informative. Prices are fair for what you’re getting which is clear communication and prompt effective fixes. James and team are friendly, responsive and overall awesome. We had a check engine light on and took it to the dealer to check it out and they held our car for a week before they quoted us an $18k fix while offering to buy our car for $5k on the same visit. We brought it to MINHS and they got it done for $3.3k in 3 days. We were getting updates daily and after a 1000 miles, the check engine is still off. Great work! Try to avoid dropping the car off at rush hour though because the intersection in front of their shop is a mess at those times.

This was the second time I had my 2010 BMW 328iX serviced at MINHS Auto. I went back to them because these guy's are great. Everyone and anyone I spoke to over the phone was very knowledgeable, besides being patient, kind and courteous. I am very pleased with all the work that they performed and have absolutely no complaints. The repairs on a car like mine is very expensive, but MINHS auto prices are very reasonable, especially compared to a BMW dealership. I hope I have no more problems with my car, but If I do, I know that I have MIHNS auto to take care of it. And that gives me piece of mind..Thank you guy's, each and every one of you.

They don't repair Porsches. They just repair probably cayenne. They do not know any crap about Porsche. Avoid them.

Terrible service and outrageously expensive. I was charged $350 for an oil change and topping off the brake fluid. And it took two days to do this. I will never take my car there again and neither should you!
