I have known Tim for close to 20 years now and he has always been my go-to mechanic. He kept my fleet of GMC cargo vans running far longer than they should have in the 2000's and is one of the most genuine, transparent and caring people (let alone mechanics) that I know!

Traveling across the country and woke up to a CEL and the car having no power. Miner's slotted me in as an emergency and got the car fixed and back on the road in under 3 hours. Super helpful and allowed me to not miss my appointment the next day! I appreciate them understanding the urgency and taking care of us right away!

My car had broken down twice for the same reason as I traveled from California to Illinois. Miners auto repaired it & it purrrrs like a kitten now. Problem was fixed & he backs his work! If it should break down again for the same reason they fix it, no charge! Tim was extremely knowledgeable & I could tell he truly cared. Price was VERY reasonable and I'm SO grateful for that because id already spent almost $3000.00 for ame issue. I HIGHLY recommend miners! They were kind, understanding, confident & professional. I only wish they were in Illinois. Thank you Tim & team! Your truly the best! 💗

I hate taking my car in to the shop, especially as a young girl that knows nothing about cars. But they take care of me with no shame/ embarrassment involved!! I highly highly highly highly recommend Miner’s Auto for everyone. They’ve gotten my car in and out and are willing to work around my schedule. They even gave me a ride to pick it up during a blizzard!! I cannot recommend them enough. Especially for any young women who may feel uncomfortable in auto shops!

I use Miners Auto Repair for all of my vehicles needs. This includes regular maintenance and all repairs. I've posted a review before this one, and I honestly could not be happier with them. Tim, his wife Pam, and sons that run the shop are the absolute best anyone could want to do business with. Not only do I consider them good friends, but I honestly has to say I love them like family. Just yesterday Tim went out on the road for me to give me his opinion on van I was interested in purchasing that currently wasn't running. I so appreciate the fact he went out of his way to do that. Within 10 minutes of us completing that, my vehicle just stopped running unexpectedly at the traffic light at 27th and P. I was in the right lane blocking traffic. I called Tim as it was going take roadside assistance quite some time to arrive. Tim was there on site in less than 10 min. On the way he contacted Always Towing for me. They were on site no more than 5 min after Tim arrived. I call that going way above exceptional service. How many repair shops/mechanics will perform at that level of service? Many thanks again Miner family for all you do for me.

Very friendly and amazing costumer service, Tim had my truck towed to his shop and fixed up in just a few hours (new starter, brakes and rotors) reasonably priced as well, also contacted me a couple days later to check up with me and make sure all is well
