Eric is hands down the best mechanic that I’ve ever worked with. I called him last minute for my wife’s Audi AC went out and we have a 2yr old son. He came out the same day diagnosed the problem and came back the following day to install the part. He’s very hard working, knowledgeable, and a man of his word. If he says he will be there, he will be there no matter how late it is. If you’re looking for a mechanic that will work until he figures out the issue and that won’t take no for an answer until the problem is resolved. Give this man a call. You won’t be disappointed. Fantastic mechanic. Eric is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He came aware of what was needed, discussed the process with me and got down to it. Expert workmanship and full completion and testing of the work (alternator replacement). Eric also considers the impact of cost to the customer. The alternator that was installed happened to be defective; through no fault of his or mine, but from the auto parts store it was purchased from. I purchased a new one to have installed and Eric went above and beyond to discuss the installation issue with the auto parts store; clarifying what had happened. Due to his initiative and care for his customers, the auto parts store will accept the invoice and pay for the second installation. I was blown away by Eric’s effort and concern and knew that I had found a great mechanic and great person! I highly recommend Miller Mobile Mechanics LLC. They are prompt, professional, and competitively priced. I felt that I received value for the money spent as well as creating a long relationship of confidence and continued work with Eric. I reached out to Eric on a Friday afternoon around 2. He showed up at 4 and performed the removal and reinstall of 2 rotors and 1 caliper. Upon swapping out the drivers side rotor he noticed the hub assembly was bad. He ended up staying til 8pm on a Friday evening to get the hub assembly replaced as well. He did a great job and made sure everything was in working order before leaving.

Booked my appointment on 8/10 for 8/13 we set a time I sent my address and we talked about pricing. My appointment day/time came an I reached out with no response, then he replied hours after my scheduled appointment time saying he was running late but would still come. However He never showed up. I wouldn’t recommend

Called set up an appointment on 7/18 for a diagnostic of my vehicle the guy told me he would schedule me for the next day 7/19. 7/19 comes I text the guy to see was he still coming never showed up or responded to any of my messages. So unprofessional.

Eric came, was very reasonable and honest with his estimate, and genuinely cares about his work. I enjoyed the conversation we had as he was working on my car, and he did an excellent job and left it in great condition. I will be using him as my preferred mechanic going forward. My car wouldn't start and Eric replied within 5 minutes, was at my home in 40 minutes and diagnosed and replace the battery in under an hour. Excellent service!

My experience resonates with the other reviews here on communication and punctuality. Not only did the phone never get picked up, but when I established a time with the individual I spoke with, they never responded to follow up messages and never arrived on the agreed time. I would advise calling elsewhere if you're in need of having your vehicle repaired in a timely manner.

Super awesome guy. He fixed my car in one day and was willing to keep going although it was super hot outside. He's a very genuine guy and I am so thankful for finding him, he's very nice and has interesting conversations he's a very strong person. He didn't want to give up, he was very awesome I recommend him to anyone with car issues.

Eric Miller is a hard working mechanic who is very knowledgeable of his craft. He is very honest and does his best to save his customers money and deliver quality work with great customer satisfaction. Eric was so nice and helpful. He’s a genuine guy who’s not gonna try to overcharge you or screw you over. I had a diagnosis from a different mechanic a few weeks ago who said my alternator was my problem. After buying an alternator and having Eric diagnose my car himself he informed me that my battery was the issue, not my alternator. He was kind enough to wait at my house for about 30 minutes while I went to go make the exchange. He switched out the battery for a great price and even replaced my battery terminal free of charge. My car is now working just fine. I would definitely recommend him and I’ll be using him for all my future car needs. 10/10 service!

We agreed on the price and I patiently waited 3 days for my appointment. He did not show up on the day of my appointment and now I have to go back to work with no car when I could have had it fixed by now at any other mechanic!!! He didn’t respond to my messages. Not Professional!

Eric responded very quickly and did a great job with the rear brake and rotor work I needed on my vehicle. He even went above and beyond to check the fluids in my car and offered to pick up the parts the next time any work is needed. I will definitely be using him again the next time I need work done. Very personable as well.

Had my oil changed in the morning with another auto shop and they suggested that my rear rotors & break pads needed to be replaced. They wanted to try to machine the rotors & if successful the break job would’ve only cost me $440 (😒) if not the break job would’ve cost me $640 (😡) instead!!! I contacted 3 independent techs (2 of which were mobile mechanics). Spoke with the first 2 and they were averaging about the same price $150-$170 for the labor + parts. Total would’ve been between $300-$350! Mr. Miller then contacted me directly by phone call, asked me what I needed, quoted me a fair labor price & even said he could get the parts for me as well. Eric was in constant communication with me and even though there was a delay in getting the parts (which he mentioned) he came promptly over, got right to work, and completed the project in a timely manner the same day! Total job with labor & parts was less than $300! Thank you Eric for being a stand up guy, doing what you say you’ll do, and being fair, you’ve got a customer in me for life, and I hope this review helps you get more business! Honest, hard-working people like you deserve the success & recognition!

Wow…. He is very professional and not to mention affordable!!! After calling around to see how much an alternator replacement cost, I finally was able to get in touch with Miller who quickly came! He took care of my car in less than an hour and even tested his work before I took off! I will for sure be using again
